I've stayed at this hotel several times. It's really clean and the staff is fantastic. I like the convenient location and I like the retro 80's vibe which gives the hotel more personality than most. The food in the restaurant is actually pretty good for hotel food, too. One of the elevators was not working on this stay which was mildly inconvenient, but kind of hilarious, too, being packed in like sardines with other guests using the elevator. Overall, a really nice stay, and I will stay here again.

Clean room. Good food at restaurant. I wished room service was actually room service. It’s basically just food takeout from the restaurant downstairs, with a heavy surcharge. I appreciate room service with proper table, cutlery, food on plates, not takeout boxes.

We didn’t use the business amenities and did not bring a pet. But the staff were AMAZING and went above and beyond. Loved the location of the hotel- perfect for our stay and the activities we took in.

Elevator was down and we booked a room with two queen beds however, when we got there, there were no two queen beds available.
The gentleman we dealt with I believe was the manager wasn’t particularly apologetic or friendly. They did put us in a nice room with a pullout couch, didn’t give us any discount. When I asked about some sort of compensation, they said they needed to contact Expedia and then came back and offered us a $50 food voucher which they then forgot to give to us. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are a little dated but the room we stayed in was large and luxurious and is good value. Maybe the manager was just having an off day however better customer service, especially when there’s no other options being offered is expected. It’s not good enough just to say we’re out of double bedrooms.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. It's really clean and the staff is fantastic. I like the convenient location and I like the retro 80's vibe which gives the hotel more personality than most. I don't usually write reviews on our hotel stays but I liked this Hotel and it's location in Vancouver. It is older, has some wear but it also has great character. The staff were all so nice and accommodating. The bed was comfy and we slept well. I liked all the little extra touches; from fruit water and coffee in the lobby to nice bath products in the room. We only tried the hotel restaurant for breakfast and it was good. It is not fancy and priced accordingly which we appreciated. The pool was an extra bonus.
