The staff services are great, especially Reception Mynoodie, Bell service Peter , Housekeeping Luz, and Monika and Cherry of Diva at the Met. They are proactive, helpful and cheerful.

Food at the restaurant Diva was great. Room was clean, spacious. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Hotel is really dated that doesn’t worth the price. Parking lot is terribly planned and very small. Staffs are great tho nothing wrong with them.

The property was well situated for walking to the cruise terminal. The restaurant was very nice and the food was great. The staff (every person we interacted with) were way beyond helpful and friendly. It is a bit pricey but worth the cost for the hospitality we received. Bill and Jody Clark
