Cool place to stay. Very nice hotel

Bugs in the hotel room. Not the best way to start the morning, being woken up to my legs getting chewed on by little black beetles. lots of Stains on everything including the lamp shades so when you turn the lights on you get a little shadow puppet show lol just terrible. One of the elevators was out of service, shower was lacking hot water, random hairs in the bathtub just lack luster everything. Parking was really bad. Since the hotel is attached to a popular restaurant every night the parking lot is 100% overflowing, so as a hotel guest you must park your vehicle blocks away in an unsecured lot not ideal.

Breakfast in a bag and at night you don’t want to go out,the walking dead are everywhere!

When I booked the room it said it was a non smoking room, but I could tell that it had been a smoking room at some point maybe in the past there was an old smell of smoke that lingered from the bathroom mostly. It bothered me a little but I endured it. Just saying

The room was clean

I find it difficult to believe that all these reviews (which I consulted before booking for our sports team) are positive. Immediately upon entering the room, there was a thick smell of cigarettes that permeated all our clothes. The bathroom had hairs around the sink, and turning on the hot tap resulted in a gush of brown, sandy water. One person in our party had a note written in their room telling them to check for black bugs (not bedbugs, some kind of beetle). Breakfast was inedible- the breakfast sandwich I was given in my brown bag proudly stated “packed January 15” (we stayed May 10), and the apples were mainly composed of wax. Along the hallways, several hatches in the ceiling were open (looking for water leaks I think) and large piles of insulation dust accumulated on the floor outside our door, which contributed to the overall general air of disrepair. The TV kept spazzing out and the WiFi was very slow. Thank god there was no pool. On to the positives: the towels were actually very soft and the beds were clean and comfy. Central location close to several restaurants.

A perfectly fine place for a traveler to spend a night or two

Staff were very friendly, room was very clean, bed was super comfy and the shower pressure was excellent!
