Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok, not great, but ok

not much for a breakfast and the parking was a nightnare trying to find a spot Yhe staff said it was on account of the KEG restaurant sharing the parking.

My room was very clean, spacious and the hotel was quiet. The parking is across the street or you can pay I believe $10/night for underground parking. The breakfast is bagged and you can pickup from the front desk with coffee, orange & apple juice available in the lobby near the front desk. The hotel lobby is clean and the front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The ceiling vent outside my room door was off and some dust would fall in front of my door outside. looked like all the vents were off. Other than that I would stay here again. Had a nice relaxing stay and the hotel is near shopping and a short drive to Macdonald Island.

Do not like bag breakfast. No hottub as advertised Fire alarm rang off at 3am, nobody explained what actually happened. Bath tub stopper did not holld the water in, end up taking showers Beds were very comfortable Air condition was good Staff was pleasant Not enough receptacle to plug in electronic. No bar in the bath tub to assist getting out

Bugs in the hotel room. Not the best way to start the morning, being woken up to my legs getting chewed on by little black beetles. lots of Stains on everything including the lamp shades so when you turn the lights on you get a little shadow puppet show lol just terrible. One of the elevators was out of service, shower was lacking hot water, random hairs in the bathtub just lack luster everything. Parking was really bad. Since the hotel is attached to a popular restaurant every night the parking lot is 100% overflowing, so as a hotel guest you must park your vehicle blocks away in an unsecured lot not ideal.

Breakfast in a bag and at night you don’t want to go out,the walking dead are everywhere!
