The Ocean Promenade was great on every level. Staff friendly and helpful, clean everywhere even through some remodeling, restaurant went above and beyond to help me and my Mom.

Room was in great condition, line recently renovated and clean. We had the room with the bedroom and kitchenette that was very well equipped. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful as well.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, convenient cafe connected to the hotel for light breakfast, lunch, and coffees/teas. One tip: bring good noise-cancelling earplugs for sleeping as the train goes by regularly. I used mine and I didn’t hear a thing! Would definitely stay here again!!
