The pictures on Expedia are not anywhere close to how poor the property is. It is an old motel. I would not have stayed there but couldn't get another hotel for the weekend. Totally embarrassed to tell people that we stayed there.

Clean room, but much too cold with AC!

Did not see hot tub

Upon arrival, they booked us in a room that was being renovated. The staff then asked if I could have one room for one night, then move the next as they were booked. I said, if you can't find a room, lets just process the refund. To which the staff member said "Are you not happy with your room".... I didn't have one... When they finally got us a room, it unfortunately was not cleaned very well. There were tissues with blood on them behind the night stand (I was looking for somewhere to plug my phone in) and the bathroom left something to be desired (clean wise) Because we were on a time crunch, we stayed... The beds were clean (thankfully) and comfortable. The back courtyard was nice to hang out in. It was clear that the (possible new) owners were working to better the establishment - lots of "reno" type things going on.

The table and couch were dirty.The coffee maker plug on didn’t work. The closet had no hangers. The bathroom door had a large hole on the back side. The whole place looked run down.

Not worth it to spend this much money

The room was very outdated, and not all surfaces were clean. The drain in the bathtub was completely rusted out, the toilet ran water all night. I felt it was completely unacceptable at the rate of 185 a night that I paid for it.

The grossest hotel you'll ever stay at! I completely agree with the other reviewer that said you will think that you have made a wrong turn. Our "non-smoking" room must have had the sign put up the day before. The room stunk of smoke so bad it was like living im a cigarette. The view outside our window faced dumpsters and various other garbage items. Including containers full of what looked like urine. It was hot in the room and our window opened-but it had NO screen so we could not leave it open overnight. The door bolt had been ripped off so I had to tie a rope in front of the door (picture attached) to feel some sort of security. We were two young women and we did NOT FEEL SAFE. People screaming at night and some workers whistled at me when I went for a walk around the property. The room had not been dusted or wiped. There were hot pink lipstick stains all over the bathroom door and counter. Toilet was disgusting. Shower didnt work properly- the tub would fill up as well. No way to fix that as the knob for the shower was missing the ball. We booked off Expedia and I swear the photos are AI! We expected an older 3 star hotel. Thats what we paid for. This place needs to be condemned. The "restaurant, pool & jacuzzi" that were featured in the pictures were all under supposed construction. We peeked in the windows and it looks like they were just storing random garbage there. I felt itchy staying here. If you feel like you are getting a good deal you are NOT!!

I understood that this hotel was older, but I had stayed in the past and enjoyed it. Unfortunately it has gone way down hill. It is more like a long term hotel now. The room was filthy. We found a vape, hat and deodorant in the room under furniture. That bathroom was old, dirty and full of mildew. The fan didn't work at all. I booked because there were two pools. Neither was filled or working. Outside our door was a broken toilet tank lid. Guess what our room was missing. When we asked for ice the person in the lobby was helpful, which is why I gave them two stars. When I spoke to someone about the unclean room he shrugged. Now for the worst part. I woke up to find thousands of small bugs swarming a granola bar wrapper. Sadly this place is no longer somewhere I would ever suggest staying.

Under one bed was not cleaned and also after moving the mattress it showed the box spring was dirty. The coffee pot was not clean. TV was small, we didn't watch. I thought the price was much too high for the older motel. Friendly staff though

Not worth the errort to even consider staying here, we left after 30min. Initially booked for 1 night online, then phoned the property to add another night to our stay and were told it would be no problem. Upon arrival nothing had been noted in their system and the desk clerk had to do some shuffling of rooms to allow us to have the same room for both nights. In the end we were told we had been "upgraded" from a standard queen room to a 2 room kitchen suite. When we entered to room we shocked at the state of decay and dirtyness,. Taking a wet cloth from the bathroom we proceeded to clean the room ourselves as we were exhausted from our trip and late arrival and we thought we could make it passable for 1 night and were would change rooms in the morning. Our efforts were futile, the white cloth was black within moments of simply wiping the headboard and coffee table. At that point the smell of something long dead in a corner was starting to be more noticeable the longer we were in the room, and both of us said our throats were starting to feel sore. At that point we decided we would not be staying in there and headed to the office to either change rooms or leave. At the office we were told that the original room we had booked, and just moments before had been shuffled out of, was unavailable do to needing emergency repairs. We left even though it was now past midnight. The only positive in the experience was that we received a full refund. !!!BOOK HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

This place is NOT worth $170/nt! There is no pool or hot tub; it’s just a storage area for old mattresses etc. It is not in good shape. Pay more and stay somewhere else. The bathroom vanity door was completely broken. Paint is old and chipped. I would not have stayed another night. By the time we got there and saw the state it was in, the room was already prepaid. No staff early morning and no key drop box, no information given. I would not recommend and would never stay here again.

The room is not clean and smells really bad

We used this motel before because it is dog friendly with lots of space to walk the dog. Rooms are clean, staff is very helpful. In general it needs a lot of upgrading of amenities such as play area, swimming pools and sprucing up the parking area. Great value despite the lack of amenities.

There are ants like crazy, I’m not sure if it was all rooms or just fine, you do get what you pay for though, the mirror was broken and shower looked quite stained, a good scrub moat definitely could’ve fixed it. Bedding was questionable, and had a few stains that looks suspect, but it wasn’t anything I was gonna throw a fit over, staff is okay, they got a different room for friends who had ants, but it was a downgrade and didn’t exactly look extremely prepped.

The room is run down and very disappointing for our stay. Will not come back again.

Dirtiest place I have ever stayed. NOT AS ADVERTISED. NONE OF THE AMEMITIES. Every single thing about this place screams filth. Broken smoke detector.Dirty tub and shower,cupboards. Floors are disgusting. Never ever would I recommend this place.

Do not book a room through hotels.com the photos of the Okanagan Seasons Resort in Kelowna BC were misrepresented and not at all what we found when we arrived . The rooms were filthy, I’m not certain the beds were even changed, the blinds were falling off or broken , walls filthy , toilet covered in only god knows, no toilet roll holder, lamps with shades covered in dirt and graffiti , stunk of cigarette smoke , inadequate and broken locks on doors and patios , floors filthy , pictures crooked on walls, paint peeling and cracking on the ceiling . This place should be condemned .

The staff were very accommodating and helpful as well as apologetic for all the mishaps that occurred during our visit. Will not recommend this place until they sort their basic operations and facilities in order. Will require a lot of improvement to the property.

There was little heat, the toilet was extremely noisy, the floor was wet in the bathroom from its bad plumbing, room was not ready by check in time.
