This hotel need to pay 200 CAD for deposit and credit to the credit card when check out. Additional charges from credit card is needed.

Yes. Floors in bathroom and kitchen were filthy. There were at least 3 dozen dead bugs in the light in kitchen. Bugs and spider webs in the bathroom behind the toilet. Caulking around tub and sink was really done unprofessionally. Tub fixtures were loose. Cabinets in kitchen were pealing and dirty. Microwave oven was rusty on the inside. Table in kitchen had damage on table top. Kitchen counter had dent. Dents in walls. Blinds to sliding door to outside were broken. The fan/light over the beds had no "dome" cover and switches did not work to turn light off. We had to unscrew light bulbs to turn light out. There were big scratches on the bed headboards. We felt it was a "bait and switch" situation. The pictures on the webpage showed a very nice clean room but it was nothing like that!

Literally everything was horrible the owner was steady watching me and my friends thinking were going to steal his car or something ..very nosey and unwilling to let us stay more then 2 nights. On top of the rude strange behavior...like ordering pizza was suspicious....none it the amenities worked the hot tub was down for maintenance and the morning breakfast again was just trash like the customer service.thr first morning we woke up the hotel manager banging on the door asking when we are leaving...and told us that's it only one more night the hotel was empty so.i don't understand during a slow time thier harassing and evicting customers. They didn't even offer new towels or anything instead came in the room to snoop around and. Leave....

Original room looked much nicer, however reeked of cigarette smoke. After mentioning this to property, i was quickly placed in another room.

The blind of the back door was broken other than everything was good

Room was clean, but dated. They did allow my best friend, my dog (large cane corso). They were friend and accommodated us very well.

Close to most restaurants and shops. Staff were nice. Floors were a bit dirty. Bed was comfy.

Staff were helpful ( with TV). They do not call cabs; gave me the number of expensive limo service, so I had to make my own call for cab service. The shower turned to scalding hot for couple seconds!

The staff were good, very helpful. In the next set of units at the location was some illegal activities happening, which would make me not stay there if I had minors with me. I will stay there again, hopefully both pools & hot tubs are in working order.

Safty is zero no camera mid nights people's are fighting and doing smoking near by room i dislikes this type environment
