The room was nice. Having a kitchen is also helpful if you want to save a little on restaurants. It’s really close to shopping malls, many restaurants around it.

Excellent location. Room had a few issues - bathroom door did not close, sofa bed did not lie flat. Creamers spoiled in the fridge, no coffee for the maker. Breakfast was flavorful but not warm. Staff was very nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and honestly, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell they really care about the little details, from the quality of the bedding to how fresh and inviting everything felt. It made it easy to relax and actually enjoy the stay.

Staff was wonderful hotel was clean and located right in the middle of everything. I was able to walk to just about anywhere I wanted to go. Excellent

Got upgraded to an extra large suite for free! Staff was incredibly nice, shoutout to the guy working the front desk January 29th around 4, he was very friendly and helped me out a lot.

Ideal location and spacious room. Had a bit of trouble with the shower. Didn’t get to use my voucher for the bar as it wasn’t open Saturday night. Also the safe didn’t work. Despite the minor things, I’d stay again.

Great experience will definitely book here again!

The room was great very spacious had everything we needed

Pillar, at the front desk was wonderful, and welcoming. Sadly, the room had a ton of garbage in the room that hadn’t been cleaned and the countertops were sticky. The bedside cabinets were dirty and floor dusty. Despite this, I would probably stay here again because it was super close to everything.

Like to see a microwave in the rooms. Other than that it was an excellent stay. Close to downtown amenities.

The room was very comfortable and safe, couldn’t hear any noise from the busy downtown area. The gym is awesome and has a lot of machines and weights for a hotel gym. I enjoyed my stay!

My husband and I booked a room for ourselves and another for our adult son when we had a weekend visit in Toronto. The staff at the Pantages are all extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. The Pantages was an excellent location for us. Plenty of great restaurants close by to choose from. The Eatons Centre offered many shopping opportunities and was literally a two minute walk from the hotel. The PATH (also just a few minutes from the hotel) allowed us to easily, safely, and comfortably get down to Ripley’s Aquarium and the Second City Theatre. It also connects to the UP which we used to get to and from Pearson Airport. We enjoyed a breakfast at the hotel and piano music and a drink in the bar in the evening. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaint was the fact that the TV emitted a loud buzz when we were watching a rental movie. It was fine for cable television. We did let the front desk know about this as it also occurred on the TV in our son’s room, so it is clearly a widespread technical problem of some sort. We would recommend the Pantages for a stay in Toronto.
