I loved my stay! The room was spacious, well decorated, and clean! The staff were very helpful and called up to let me know they'd forgotten to give me a drink voucher during my check in. My room had a "mystery room" (used to be a washer/dryer). The door was unlocked but didn't close properly so it opened a few times. I'm sure they'll fix it with renos soon. Otherwise my only complaint was the frequent fire alarms. I didn't know what it was the first time as I am used to the red bell and this was just beeping on the intercom. A safety video with check in or a note on the door would have been helpful as I was unsure of the location of the stairs and had to refer to the large map on the back of my door anyways. The safety announcement was inaudible in the stairwell, but the firetrucks could already be heard outside so I just kept going. The second time I was heading out anyways so I didn't duck back onto a floor to hear the announcement. Not many amenities, but the hotel was lovely and had a pretty (and busy) restaurant. Besides the 2am fire evacuation, I loved my stay and will stay here again!
