My husband and I booked a room for ourselves and another for our adult son when we had a weekend visit in Toronto. The staff at the Pantages are all extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. The Pantages was an excellent location for us. Plenty of great restaurants close by to choose from. The Eatons Centre offered many shopping opportunities and was literally a two minute walk from the hotel. The PATH (also just a few minutes from the hotel) allowed us to easily, safely, and comfortably get down to Ripley’s Aquarium and the Second City Theatre. It also connects to the UP which we used to get to and from Pearson Airport. We enjoyed a breakfast at the hotel and piano music and a drink in the bar in the evening. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaint was the fact that the TV emitted a loud buzz when we were watching a rental movie. It was fine for cable television. We did let the front desk know about this as it also occurred on the TV in our son’s room, so it is clearly a widespread technical problem of some sort. We would recommend the Pantages for a stay in Toronto.

Hey, we’re very helpful. I had a lot of requests (we had a birthday cake delivered for a surprise ) and they were able to accommodate them all. I really appreciate it.

Pela at the front desk is lovely and the staff are all kind and helpful. The rooms are nice but vary is layout a fair bit, it’s hard to tell what version you get when booking.

Property is a little long in the tooth.

No personal lock(s) on the door, only the key card lock. Not very safe.

I love this hotel and have stayed here several times. It's clean, the staff is really friendly and helpful and it's such a great location. I highly recommend booking your room with breakfast. It's a la carte and delicious! The menu is really varies and everything I've tried is fantastic.

Great location minutes from the subway and Eaton Centre. Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Would stay here again!

Excellent stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the suite was terrific and the lobby bar was perfect to grab a quick drink before heading out to our dinner. Would 100% stay here again.

Great stay room was clean and quiet staff were wonderful

The room was dirty and dusty. There was no smart TV, the phone wasn’t working, and the decoration was unattractive. I expected something much better considering the price wasn’t cheap.

Bathroom small and could have been cleaner. Nice staff. Comfortable bed but you can see the plywood platform part. Hairdryer was old. Got hot but barely any air came out. No water provided. Key card recognition in the elevator slow! Was hoping for better.
