Awesome location just minutes of walk away from downtown Banff. The room was spacious and very modern and comfortable. Parking was easy with an underground garage, although we had to pay extra for it. We stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty quiet at night. The staff was super friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for its convenient location and comfortable rooms.

The pool was in their sister property accross the street, not very convenient. But it was overall a nice stay!

Parking safe and easy. Beautiful brunch across the street at Crave restaurant. Comfortable bed and cozy room too. Walkable stay.

Clean, modern rooms and very central. We did book this property because it has a gym but unfortunately it was quite lackluster.

So when you see complimentary earplugs on the nightstand, you know it's not going to be great. To be fair, the Hotel is modern and the rooms are aesthetically pleasing. The location in the center of town is also nice. Easy access to and from the Trans-Canada highway. Half of the rooms face a working service alley. If you are unfortunate enough to book one of these rooms, you may need to use the earplugs. Even though I am a sound sleeper, I was disturbed multiple times per night by trash trucks, service vehicles, Pedestrians, etc. If you are going to book this hotel, I recommend that you make sure that you book a room with a Street view

We had a great time at Peaks hotel. The staff was very attentive and the hotel was in cuch a central location.

Amazing stay. In room amenities are great: microwave, Nepresso coffee and tea, kettle, cutleries, plates, and toaster. Beds are comfortable. The shower is awesome. The hotel itself is clean, new, and has great ambience. Close to the main strip. So restaurants are all walking distance. The pool is across the street which can be an inconvenience but the pool itself is clean. The pool area has a jacuzzi, warm pool, and normal pool. Has underground parking, awesome for winter getaways.

Great location. The coffee/tea room is very nice.

All good, the only thing I will say is that I have to go across the street to enjoy the hot tub

Friendly staff and great location

Clean room, friendly staff, no gym or pool at this location you have to walk across the street to the Banff Park Lodge to access those facilities.

Beautiful hotel! My only complaint was the pillows. They seemed cheap and very lumpy. They weren't even the right size for the king bed. Otherwise, loved the hotel.

Nice room, friendly staff

Terrible! And here is why... They don't state that the pool and hot tub are from another hotel that you have to walk to (-20 or not) They don't tell you parking is 18 dollar.per night extra like seriously. But the worst thing g about this place is there is no water fountain to fill up a bottle for the night and they don't give you any water in the room. It's sad because it's a nice property but not to have water and wake up at night drinking chlorinated tap water was a surprise.

This was our first time at Peaks Hotels & Suites and we will definitely stay here again for our next Banff trip. The hotel is clean and modern, the staff were very friendly, and it’s located very close to Banff Ave.

Great staff and rooms

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby and rooms were extremely clean. Convenient and affordable, enclosed parking. Although there were not noteworthy dining options within the property, there were many nice restaurants within walking distance.
