Peaks Hotel & Suites

So far the best hotel of our trip and this was the third hotel we stayed in. Super clean, modern and comfortable. Best staff! Let us check in early and was so kind and friendly throughout the whole stay. Loved the room and the built in couch. Loved the tea and coffee in room and the lobby. Everything was perfect and made our stay memorable. So many eateries around. Discovery tours pick up from the hotel. Beds so comfortable. Bathroom so clean and modern. Great shower and water pressure. Really #1hotel in all of Banff for a reason. Will definitely stay here again in the future if i am ever in Banff. If i were to be super picky, the only thing would be if they had a taller side table in the room/desk for writing or doing work and more than one washer/dryer for guests to use. Nothing else to improve on. Thank you Peaks!

Tolles Hotel

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. They offered great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Will definitely stay here again!

Property is modern but not too modern that it feels cookie cutter . They offer keyless entry with your phone, text is also an option to communicate with staff. Room was clean , great selection of in room coffee and tea. Very walkable location and spectacular Mountain View’s from every room. I have stayed here before and will stay again in the future.

Excellent location to downtown Banff Ave… lots of shopping and amazing restaurants all within walking distance. Hotel is beautiful… very clean, spacious , and staff are amazing!!! I would definitely give this hotel a 10+ . Thank you for making my stay a memorable one!

The front desk team was amazing. The rooms were modern and very comfortable. The upgraded room had amazing views of the mountains.

The room is very small but clean. Compare to US standard, very expensive. I spent $400+ (US) a night in last week of September!

I really like the location, the modern design of the hotel with wide corridors, the decorating and the fact of lots of light. I liked my room except I was really challenged with getting the shower to work. It was frustrating. I was told later that instructions were on the QR code. I would have liked more accessible instructions. The staff were very helpful and found my glasses for me left in the room. It was too expensive but I paid it because it was the Melissa's weekend.

Lovely clean room, however I had to change rooms initially as the first one was located over the restaurant rear area where staff hang out and was noisy. Also for the price, there is no room service or any way to order food or drinks to the room apart from uber eats. No real lobby or hangout area. The pool is nice and very well kept. However, There isn't even a vending machine for soft drinks. For the price you'd expect to have these little extras considering places in the same area accomodate these things. Loved the room, lovely staff, but for the price lacking some facilities. Also charged for late checkout, the only place ived stayed on Thai whole trip through Canada that has charged me, and at almost $1000 a night you'd expect that for free if they didn't need to get the room turned around quickly.

Booked Banff on whim coming from a visit with our parents in Saskatchewan, My Wife and I were pleastanly surprised with Peak . We’ve stayed in Banff at various hotels over the last 20 years skiing and spring / summer vacations and Peak has to be one of the nicest ! Had room service breakfast one morning and was delicious. Very very clean room , cozy and the shower in the bathroom was awesome . We will definitely stay again in the future ( already planning a spring ski trip in April ! ) 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Truly exceptional! We had the most amazing stay in Banff. The Peaks Hotel and Suites was wonderful. When we return to Banff, we will definitely stay here again! Perfect location, kind staff, wonderful tea!

Great location but poor quality bedding and very little amenities for cost of room. This hotel has a nice modern design to it, but the pillows are terrible and then bed linens were similar to a highway motel. Also, coffee offered in lobby was Folgers ! And Banff is full of higher quality coffee shops. This is basically a 3 star hotel - so next trip for the same room cost, we plan to stay elsewhere.

Peaks is in a great location. Right in the center of downtown. You can walk to bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
