If you eat at Ihop in restaurant you’ll wait 1 hr plus. No staff and very disorganized.

room was poorly maintained sheets didn't fit bed no glass in bathroom for teeth cleaning 2 paper cups in main room only one chair to sit on television was beside bed as opposed to st foot of bed mad watching difficult no do not disturb sign ofrr door hotel advertised free breakfast turned out to be 15 off coupon for I hop questions about local services in town were not answered by staff who totally lacked knowledge

This hotel needs some serious renovations and restorations or take it out of its misery. The carpet throughout is disgusting and bunched in so many areas you can’t roll suitcases. The elevator does not stop on certain floor numbers; sometimes we had to ride 2 elevators to get to floor 6. And this was our experience in the main common areas. Parking at $20/day is bogus. So many other lots closer to the action of the falls are $5 or $10. If you don’t have a lot of luggage, I recommend parking there. Don’t have anything good or bad to say about the room other than our first impressions of the place made us question the cleanliness of our room. Again needs updating. We ended up paying for an extra night (already prepaid thru Expedia), but left in under 24 hours

Guest service wasn't pleasant at all. The key card the provide me for the room wasn't working. Every time i need to go back to the reception to fix it once or twice a day. Also i told them to keep my hand luggage for few minutes after i check out. Which they refused. Compared to so many hotels i've stayed this is the worst one. Very bad guest service. Which is a shame🙂

Staff were very kinda. Tv qas unplugged from back of it no the wall. Was $135.00 including 20 for parking. Very reasonable. Bed very comfortable.

It was nice and clean unfortunately i booked for city view but they did not give the room for city view , it was at the back alley view.

Serice was good, property was nice and clean. Had good amenities. Room was a little out dated and didn't have a mini fridge. Also, elevators weren't working well, kept skipping our floor.

Plz change the filters! The rooms smell like decades of dush and smoke... Cough! Shower drip. This hotel needs major renovations!!!

Nice place to stay , short walk to Niagara Falls, the staff are helpful especially the front receptionist.. great stay

OK, but somewhat old hotel, as reflected by the price.
