Ramada had clean rooms, but the hallways and carpets on the guest floors were stained with paint. I was a bit nervous at first, but once I entered my room, I was relieved to find that it was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room key stopped working, and the housekeeper on our floor was happy to let us in. The bedsheets and jacuzzi were clean, although the lights above the jacuzzi mysteriously stopped working during our stay. It also looked like the walls had been recently painted. Overall, this is a property that is clean and appears to be well maintained, but there is definitely still some work to be done. One thing to note is that the hotel requires a security deposit. I didn't mind paying it, but I wasn't aware of it when I booked. The IHOP restaurant conveniently located on the ground floor is handy, but it is quite expensive—a coffee was $5.49. The pool was clean and well maintained, and while the gym was small and a bit cramped, the equipment worked well. Overall, it's a good option for a short stay close to downtown Niagara Falls, but it wouldn't be my first choice for a return visit.

triable Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Hotel in Niagara Falls. The experience started badly at check-in. I was standing in line waiting for my turn and simply turned to take my ID out of my purse. The receptionist immediately skipped me and served another guest who had just arrived in a different line. It appeared she gave preference to someone from her own nationality. I politely explained that I was already in line and was only getting my ID, but I was completely ignored. It was very unprofessional. The room was just as disappointing. The first room we were given on the fifth floor had an air conditioning unit that was unbelievably loud. We asked to be moved, and they gave us another room on the fourth floor. Unfortunately, that room was even worse. When I went to bed that night, I realized the bed didn't have a proper mattress—it felt like I was sleeping directly on the box spring. It was one of the worst nights of sleep I've ever had. The hotel itself is very outdated. The carpet was covered in stains, the furniture was old and marked with spots, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below what I expected. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are much better places to stay in Niagara Falls where guests are treated with respect and the rooms are properly maintained.

carpet was wet and dirty, no fridge ,drapes did not close properly . there were no handicap parking available so we were told they would give a $20 credit. THEY DID NOT!!! this is not how this place used to be.

Rooms were okay. Bathroom was terrible. Very bad. Smelly. Scary. No proper light. Corridors dirty. Facilities dirty. Staff very helpful good customer service. No fridge in room. Overall bad experience.

Convenient location close to all attractions and amenities. Room was ok, nice and clean, but the balcony ledge had stripped plaster that could use some attention. The extra parking charge and so-called "tourist fee" was off-putting. The in-house Ihop restaurant had some good offerings and the pool was nice, even though I had to ask for towels because there were none poolside. Not a bad experience overall. Not the greatest, but not bad.

Great staff service and the IHOP Restaurant food is great. The hotel is in need of some TLC. Ice maker on the floor out of service, the carpets are old and stained. The stairwells walls and doors are dirty. Disappointed to not have a mini fridge in our room.

It as clean just very old and outdated . it needs some love.

There is no fridge in room,with baby and kids is not easy,we have to keep baby food in the fridge.

Nail clippings by the bed side table. Hair in the sink and shower curtain had black spots on it

Shears had numerous tears in them dust bunnies under nite stands. Felt like 1/2 furniture was missing for a king bed suite and what was in there came from the back shed. Shower door casing and bathroom floor very dirty in the corners. The best water in the world in Canada and charging $3.50 a bottle for something from Fiji , an island half way around the world and a fee for parking on top of that , the toilet broke and wouldn’t discharge water to flush in the morning when we were getting ready to leave
