There was mold In the shower head. Bunches of hair places. Smelt like perfume everywhere like to much was sprayed and I’m allergic to most scents. It was a horrible experience. We asked to check out in 15 min not even five minutes after being in the room!

Hot tub not working, pool was off Color.

Clean room; pool needs maintenance, and hot tub was down.

Breakfast closes before the scheduled time and front desk staff is argumentative instead of accommodating.

The room was dirty and blood on the carpet. Iq went to get them to clean it but they never did.

Deadbolt not working. Room in terrible shape - carpet ripped up off floor, tv remote doesn’t work. Bedside lamp didn’t work. Had to call security at midnight and 430 for fighting and partying. Attitude from front desk when calling for security at midnight. No security available at 430 am. Hot tub not functioning. Pool water very yellow.

It was clean and comfortable no noise whatsoever

Our room was broken into. There is a building being demolished in the same parking lot as the hotel. Made the stay pretty loud. But the big issue we had was a safety concern. At 6:30am, we woke up to our door being opened. Luckily we had the chain lock on, so they couldn't get in. But we also had the deadbolt locked, which needs a different key to be unlocked (not just the key card). When we told the person at the front desk, he said he would check the cameras. When he came back, he had looked at the wrong timestamp (7am). When we told him again to check 6:30, he said he could not check before 7am without a manager, and was annoyed that he had to call him. We decided we no longer wanted to stay there and when we were leaving to a new hotel, the front desk guy said he reviewed the footage again. He said a construction worker with a 'universal key' went to the wrong room. I don't know why anyone would be given a universal key, that is not safe... Felt very shady. And to top things off, the pool was closed, and the breakfast sucked.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom could use a bit of updating - loose fixtures and shower curtain has seen better days. Staff friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was really good - it had lots of options to suit all. The pool room was really cold (as the supervising parent I was wearing my winter coat to be comfortable. The water seemed warm enough based on the kids. The hot tub was empty. Would stay there again.

Quiet, clean, friendly

Multiple issues through out my stay- pool was dirty and smelled, there was stains on all beds, communication between staff and us sucked, phones in rool didnt work, room i had there was stains and holes throughout, sjampoo body wash and hand soap was empty, room honestly looked like there was a bloody fight anf was cleaned up poorly very limited options for breakfast and key cards kept disconnecting and the doors would get stuck

Pretty sure room 214 might just be the worst room. Room is so dark no middle light as many have. But the bathroom oh wow. Every tile on the floor was cracked , shifting and missing grout Sink was cracked and the tub was pretty gross even for just a shower Also what ever happened to rooms getting cleaned or bed made plus new towels Definitely this hotel needs some updates 1 floor at a time. They definitely making lots of $$$$
