Ramada by Wyndham Prince Albert

The staff was reluctant to work, HVAC of the room was broken and only blowing cool air in the winter, the overall condition of the room and building was disheveled. Two stars because the bedsheets appeared to be clean and the breakfast was acceptable. I would not recommend, the pictures of this property are not accurate.

Friendly staff, carpet stained, parking lot chaotic during the night. Would not stay there again.

The rooms were disgusting. There was a cigarette burn on the toilet seat, blood on the ceiling, poop on the walls, and stained sheets with questionable liquids, and the carpet was sticky, could not walk without shoes, socks would stick to floor. Grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Clean room, the guy at check in was awesome, greeted with a smile, energetic, he was informative, thumbs up

Yes the room was very clean didn't see much staff the ones we did see were very friendly.

First room checked into had dirty sheets and pillows. Second room had no tub stopper so no baths. Bathroom sink stopper would not release so no drainage. TV remote only partially worked, no on/off and no volume. Had to go to the TV for those functions. Hot tub was also closed but not advertised when making the booking. Very disappointed.

Yes spotless and clean rooms

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable they had a pool. Looked great they had a nice breakfast. Definitely would recommend.

Our stay was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Not once did I feel comfortable or safe. We had booked with our hockey team. And most of our hockey team backed out. We don’t have the funds to do that so we were stuck with staying at this hotel. The bedding was dirty, the pool was so dirty,the water was SO murky, the smell of chlorine was so strong it burnt your sinuses. I don’t know what goes on in the middle of the night in that hotel but we had to play White Noise just to drowned out some of the sound. The room was super hot and we couldn’t control the temperature, so we slept with the window open and the fan going. The next morning, when we went to go enjoy continental breakfast, there was a green mouldy film covering the oatmeal, and the milk was so sour, my son almost got sick right there at the table. When we left the hotel to go out and about for our day, there was a big pile of puke right beside the main door outside, not to mention the over flowing garbage outside that had stayed that way until we checked out. The next morning when we were getting up and getting ready to leave, my son pulled the sheets off and we found a bed bug. And when I told the staff about it, they did not seem to care in fact, the housekeeping ladies started laughing. don’t get me wrong, the staff are nice, but my gawd, SO GROSS. The floors were dirty and things were splattered on walls! I feel totally ripped off. So expensive to stay here.

When we got in our room the heat had been left on high. It felt like a sauna walking in. Then we noticed that our carpet was still soaking wet because it had just been washed. You could see the huge stains in it still. You could not walk in the room without shoes on. The pull out couch was the worst one I have ever seen. The kids went right through it because the supports were broken. Stains on walls, ceiling cracks all over. We came with a team that wanted to use the pool and they close it at 9pm on a Friday. The hot tub was down and we were not informed of this at the time of booking. There is a bar in the parking lot that you will be hearing the music from until 230am. And hope you don't need anything from the front desk staff. Because you will be on your own. Ramada should be ashamed that they have their name on this hotel. Could go on but I would just have to continue to think about this disgusting place.

Very nice staff and room, plus great breakfast. The TV didn't work but no problem as I didn't have much time to watch anyhow. A bit of sand along the front would have helped as it was very slippery.

I never got my 200$ damage deposit back cuz the guy at front desk was making everything difficult I will never stay there again . Front desk was horrible towards me .. I still want my money back

The room was absolutely disgusting ! the walls were dirty the mirrors were dirty the room wasn't ready when we got there , the bathroom door didn't have a lock and didnt close properly. There was patches of drywall and wallpaper used to try cover up holes in the walls . The bathroom had mould growing from the ceiling its was horrendous. There was a man in the parking lots for 4.5 hours tweaking out. We paid almost 300 dollors for one night it shoukd hve cost us 40 bucks mayb for the quality of this hotel will never ever stay here again
