L’hôtel est propre mais il n’y a que quelques chambres de bien entretenue mais ont nous a donné une belle chambre donc nous avons eu un très beau séjour. La vue est magnifique.

It was a great experience.

Unique old hotel so was as expected with exception of the in-room washroom. It was barely adequate.

The rooms were very old and not arranged well to conveniently use the power outlets. The WiFi was completely useless in the room. They should not be able to advertise free WiFi in the rooms. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great.

I stayed at this property years ago. It’s a Century home. It’s beautiful however nobody has looked after it. The whole thing is falling apart the smell of mould and rot when you enter , it needs renovations it should not be renting out rooms

Très joli d’extérieur, assez vieux de l’intérieur. Personnel très sympathique. Par contre le bruit de la Clim est toujours bien trop forte, et raisonne dans le bâtiment ce qui donne un ronflement permanent toute la nuit… et le petit dej est assez léger : 3 muffins, yaourt, café. Présence de beurre mais pour quel pain ?!? Sel poivre pour quels plats ?!?

The hotel itself is pretty tired and over due for renovation. But staff told us they are scheduled to begin in the fall. BUT it is still a charming place with wonderful staff. The room was very clean AC worked well and bed was very comfortable. We were arriving late and called ahead and the lady at the desk told is to call her as we passed Thunder Bay and she would be waiting for us. She was at...11pm. What service! Also offered late checkout. We used this quaint inn on both ways of our trip. The front porch overlooking the water (in a distance) was delightful. Highly recommend Red Rock Inn.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great. There are things that need improvement as this property will be undergoing some renovations by the new owners. It is a rustic old time Inn, but it is quaint and charming, and reminds you of the simpler days. The continental breakfast was adaquate, and you can always bring in food to store in their kitchen frig. The lake view with the mountains was beautiful, and the marina is right across the street.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Receptionist very friendly and eager to share the interesting history of the building. Plenty of choice for continental breakfast in the beautiful historic dining room. Our room had an air conditioner which was nice. Had no TV or fridge. Had lots of stairs to carry luggage to the second floor. Beautiful view overlooking the lake. Sure once the renovations are completed, the exterior will look much more inviting. Enjoyed seeing some of the historic items and walking in the lovely park and gardens beside the Inn. Best to eat before heading out to the Red Rock Inn because only one small place to get food and open for limited hours.

Vintage hotel with lots of character but clearly in need of major renovation (interesting to walk through). Room was clean & adequate. Great for a single night if just passing through but not for everyone. Helpful & friendly staff. Very limited options nearby for food.

The website promised Wifi but it inly worked in the entrance not in our room. The shower had some standing water on its floor so we did not use it. The chairs in the restaurant were so old they had a permanent depression in the seat. The area was beautiful and quiet. The manager was very pleasant and helpful

A charming Inn on the edge of Superior, full of history.

It was not as I expected….we made the best of it and we did have a good time. It is an old building without fridges, microwaves and televisions but had lots of fans,, games room and stuff for us to do. Bed was not comfortable and bathroom was not like most people are used to but everything was clean and functional. It’s a unique place.

The room and service were great buts needs a tv in the room

We made a short stay with the family. The tenant was very helpful and friendly. This is a 1937 construction and it would need some love and major cleaning (stains on walls and carpets). This Beijing said, we really enjoyed our stay by using the games in the basement (pool tables, baby foot table, ping pong and more) and looking at old artifacts in the place. The breakfast was great in the huge reception room that we had for ourselves.

The staff here were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. The property itself is very rundown. The pool tables and other games in the basement are stained and damaged to be mostly unuseable. Rooms vary significantly with the bathrooms in some having showers and vanities put together with painted plywood while others are much nicer. Don't book the cheaper rooms. The town itself is remote so don't expect to find a choice of places to eat. We did learn that the new management may be planning to renovate in the fall so things may improve.

The staff is always very friendly and will wait for you if you’re coming in late from travel. I often stay here on my trek back and forth from the west. Really enjoy the rustic feel to the rooms with your own fireplace.

Arrival was a bit scarry. Outside looked a bit rough. Inside wasnt great but the rooms had laminate flooring, no carpet, and they were clean. Beds were firm. Not what I usually lime but slept good. It was quiet and front desk was very helpful. Free internet was there but didn't seem that reliable. I didn't read the details so bad on me. The rooms do not have tv, microwave, fridge, and some no ac. Thus was explained in the details, I just didn't read. All in all, nice little place, cheaper than most in the area. Again, staff was very nice.
