我們總共住了四晚，一開始的住宿體驗是好的，沒想到第二晚開始就是惡夢的開始，晚上十點多左右，房間樓下對面的pub開始了排隊人潮，吵雜喧鬧聲加上音樂聲，到了十一點多開始進入更震撼的重低音，整晚震動吵鬧到不行，實在受不了，訊息給客服，來回多則訊息後，說可以幫我們換房間，無奈之下，只好半夜整理行李換房間，房間比之前的小，但也沒選擇了，總比吵到不能睡好，結果，沒想到換過後的房間冷氣無法調整，甚至無法關掉，跟客服訊息來來回回還是無法處理，只好整晚吹著強冷風勉強入睡，當時已經半夜兩三點了。沒想到第三晚，晚上十點多音樂吵鬧又開始了，這次感覺跟昨天不一樣的音樂來源，比較還是演奏歌唱的聲音，跟客服反應，說當日所有房間已滿，沒有辦法解決，結果一直聽著噪音到半夜兩點聲音沒了才入睡，真的是快瘋了！

Il devrait être mentionné que l'hotel se trouve en face d'un bar où la musique se fait entendre de la chambre. De plus, des clients de l'établissement ont passé la nuit dehors, à crier, rire, se battre et faire du bruit. Je n'ai pu réussir à m'endormir qu'à 3h00 du matin, lorsque l'endroit à fermé ses portes. L'isolement est vraiment une problématique qui devrait être mentionné lorsqu'on loue la chambre.

While the room was clean, hotel safety was nonexistent. I was provided with a unique code access to my room, however on two separate occasions the door to my room was unlocked from the outside by strangers. The hotel was immediately notified, but they failed to rectify the situation. I do not recommend this hotel for safety reasons.

Room was smallest hotel I had ever been in and no where to sit other than the bed but it was functional. Tv channels are limited so good thing I had a streaming service. Another guest room had their AC not working and they called for service and were told that it would be serviced the next day even though their room was 25c. I was not impressed with that response from management.
