我們總共住了四晚，一開始的住宿體驗是好的，沒想到第二晚開始就是惡夢的開始，晚上十點多左右，房間樓下對面的pub開始了排隊人潮，吵雜喧鬧聲加上音樂聲，到了十一點多開始進入更震撼的重低音，整晚震動吵鬧到不行，實在受不了，訊息給客服，來回多則訊息後，說可以幫我們換房間，無奈之下，只好半夜整理行李換房間，房間比之前的小，但也沒選擇了，總比吵到不能睡好，結果，沒想到換過後的房間冷氣無法調整，甚至無法關掉，跟客服訊息來來回回還是無法處理，只好整晚吹著強冷風勉強入睡，當時已經半夜兩三點了。沒想到第三晚，晚上十點多音樂吵鬧又開始了，這次感覺跟昨天不一樣的音樂來源，比較還是演奏歌唱的聲音，跟客服反應，說當日所有房間已滿，沒有辦法解決，結果一直聽著噪音到半夜兩點聲音沒了才入睡，真的是快瘋了！

Very nice and clean. However, there is no front desk, digital access only and not extra services.

Pros: LOVED our hotel room. Adorable pink decor and very clean, spacious. Kitchen and table were an added bonus. Short (but steep) walk to the upper city. Cons: While the street is busy with lots of restaurants, it did not feel very safe. The tavern a few doors down brings lots of issues/noise. *There was an obvious homelessness crisis, nearby encampments, and people sleeping on the street. *Fight occurred right outside the hotel requiring police/EMS response. *Our SUV was parked on the street and thieves placed an air tag underneath it to track/steal our car. *Lots of drugs - crack pipe on the ground just outside the apartment and a man smoking meth outside of the tavern. *Could hear music from the Tavern in the hotel room and yelling from outside at night. *Difficult parking, garage was not tall enough for our car.

Customer service and Hotel service is worst. They did and will assign the faulty room to the customers evn they know the that there is problem witn appliance and electrical equipment. Worst nightmare to my decision on choosing this hotel.

What not to love from a pinkish-chic apartment across a groceries and strolls away from charming old town Quebec city? It will be perfect for longer stays if there's washer dryer inside the unit.

Room was very hot as there was no heat pump remote…. Small room but good location and was overall nice!

We had a wonderful experience with the booking. An employee called us to be sure we had the code for the room and the front door. They were really nice and all. We even received a second code in case the first didn't work. The room was beautiful, event if it was small, it was perfect for a short stay. The bathroom was really nice with a heated floor. The problem for me was the noise. We didn't tought about the fact that it was a friday night, so we heard loud music until 3 o'clock coming from nearby bars. The noise by the people only walking in the hallway was really loud too. It clearly could have been quieter with a better soundproofing. Overall, it was a good stay and the price was good too. Thank you nonetheless!

Chambre tres propre et femme de chambres tres polis et courtoises

Toutes les indications étaient très précises, la chambre était impeccable, super expérience!

L’arrivage a été très décevant… L’hôtel nous a donner la mauvaise chambre en courriel et lorsque nous sommes arrivés quelqu’un séjournais déjà dans la chambre … Une chance qu’une employé était sur les lieux puisqu’ils n’y a pas de réceptions dans cette hôtel. Elle nous a mentionner qu’il y avait eu un changement et que personne ne nous avais mis au courant. Je trouve cela vraiment inacceptable. Sinon la chambre est très bien et propre parfait pour un séjour de court durée !

Belle chambre épurée, aussi belle que sur les photos. Il n’y a pas de bureau par contre mais quand on en a pas besoin c’est pas grave. Cependant il manquait les 2 chaises sous la tv. Facile d’accès. Communications rassurantes.

Le code stationnement ne fonctionnait pas, la première Chambre pas faite, deuxième chambre pas de chauffage et enfin 3 chambres parfaite. Belle, propre et près de tout.
