rooms quite small, helpful staff

谈不上舒适，是很经济的酒店。还算干净，可住，其他舒适谈不上，毕竟一分钱一分货。

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente negativa e decepcionante. Fui recebido por um funcionário com forte cheiro de falta de higiene, o que já transmitiu descuido e falta de profissionalismo. ​ As áreas comuns e o quarto aparentavam sujos, em estado deplorável, a ponto de eu ter nojo de deitar na cama ou tocar em algumas superfícies. As portas não fechavam corretamente, comprometendo a privacidade, e a porta do banheiro estava danificada e mal conservada. A pia do banheiro era tão pequena que mal permitia escovar os dentes com conforto, o que reforça o descaso com o hóspede. ​ Diante desse cenário, não vi condições mínimas de permanecer e decidi sair antes do término da reserva. Tentei um acordo com o hotel para saída antecipada, sem sucesso, e ainda tive um suporte muito ruim da Hotels.com, que manteve minha estadia registrada até o dia 02/01, embora eu tenha deixado o local em 31/12, sem qualquer reembolso. Considero que este estabelecimento não deveria nem estar listado na plataforma, pois se assemelha mais a um motel sujo e barato do que a um hotel, deixando-me no prejuízo financeiro e com uma experiência lamentável.

I like they offer to go breakfast in a bag with everything. You just grab and go if you want to save it later and eat outside. Good staff and always clean your room. Awesome

Staff was very friendly! The place was tidy, and they had a 24 hour coffee bar which was really nice. It was our second time staying here and we are looking forward to our third!

Showed up and upon seeing the area and hotel, turned around a walked out. Requested refund for the night and next night but was denied refund.

No fridge or microwave in room, good for travellers who just need a bed

The room was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Didn’t feel comfortable leaving the car on the street so we parked underground at the freshco just down the road maybe a five minute walk from hotel and it was relatively inexpensive

The staff were courteous, friendly, and accommodating. The reception area was beautiful and cozy. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Framförallt är det området runt hotellet som känns väldigt otryggt. Stryker omkring skumma påverkade människor. Frukosten va begränsad.

Parking on a sidewalk was a challenge at first but I became a pro at the end of my stay. I didnt like the limited parking but I was guarantee a spot since I had already prepaid for my 6 days with the car there. breakfast I dont eat but I didnt care for the limited options but I did not like how you had to place the order the night before. breakfast in general should be able to walk downstairs and grab it. but the hours were limited but again, I don't eat breakfast so I didnt care for it. the staff was nice, the room is fine, small issues here & there but the managers took best care of each situation I had with above and beyond attitude so I appreciate that.
