The room was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Didn’t feel comfortable leaving the car on the street so we parked underground at the freshco just down the road maybe a five minute walk from hotel and it was relatively inexpensive

Parking on a sidewalk was a challenge at first but I became a pro at the end of my stay. I didnt like the limited parking but I was guarantee a spot since I had already prepaid for my 6 days with the car there.
breakfast I dont eat but I didnt care for the limited options but I did not like how you had to place the order the night before. breakfast in general should be able to walk downstairs and grab it. but the hours were limited but again, I don't eat breakfast so I didnt care for it. the staff was nice, the room is fine, small issues here & there but the managers took best care of each situation I had with above and beyond attitude so I appreciate that.

Staff was good ,room was small ,heater was very dirty .
Neighborhood was sketchy ,BUT there was a streetcar stop outside so we used that to get around and felt alot better .
The grab and go breakfast was fine .

DO NOT BOOK HERE, this area is not a safe location and the staff is completely unreasonable with refunds or any requests. It is like paying to stay in a hostel with homeless people all around doing drugs and fighting, not a safe place to be.
