Beautiful large rooms. Very clean

Comfortable room and very clean. Bed was comfortable to sleep on. We enjoyed the fact the hotel had both an excellent restaurant next to it as well as a 24 hour Denny’s, we tried both. The best thing the hotel has going on for it is the staff - everyone we interacted with was polite, helpful and accommodating. We had a great stay.

Great staff, clean room

Fridge was broken & wouldn’t keep anything cold. Shower control was weird & took some time to get anything other than scolding hot. Beds were comfortable. Property seems nice. $10 Breakfast Voucher for Denny’s was definitely a plus. Would stay again.

Room was ok other than photos clearly said (in writing) that the king room has a walk in glass shower, in reality it had a tub with a shower curtain. I expect to get a room as represented in the photos, not something else.

The hotel is in a smart centre mall so you’ve got food choices and groceries etc nearby, however most close early. The room was fine but the hallways had a VERY strong odor, as if some type of chemical had just been used possibly from recent construction or renovation. Denny’s is open 24 hours and attached to the hotel, stick to the breakfast menu..just trust me. Moxies is also attached to the hotel and it was fantastic. A little on the pricy side but it was convenient and definitely delicious. One night we came in after work and greeted the front desk staff with a “hey, how ya doin?” As we always do…we didn’t even get a grunt in return. They stared at us with furrowed eye brows and an angry look as if we weren’t welcome or supposed to be there. Most likely wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

My room was very clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. The pool and hot tub was a nice amenity. I'd would easily stay here again.

Nice hotel for price, clean and easy to access from hwy

The bathroom wall beside the sink was covered in what appeared to be tooth paste splatter. The wall paper was bubbling in many areas near the floor board. Ceiling paint peeling in the bathroom. Stain on mattress cover.

The kitchenette was super convient for breakfasts and hot drinks.
