항상 출장때 마다 방문하는 호텔입니다 시설도 깨끗하고 프론트도 아주 친절합니다. 바로 옆에는 Dennys가 붙어 있어서 조식을 해결하기도 좋습니다.

everything was good, Had a issue with the TV, was not able to connect with phone other than that everything was good.

I suggest the property provides refill body wash for guests.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not your place!!! We booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 11 night due to a death in the family. While we were there a few hockey teams checked in (ages 10-16). They constantly ran up and down the hallways screaming. The parents were drinking and talking very loud in the hallways. We talked to the front desk and they moved us promising no hockey teams or family’s were on the 5th or 6th floor. We were moved to the 6th floor and hockey family’s were all around us. The next night it was so bad the cops were called (not by us). They had security walking the halls, but the running and yelling continued. We talked to the staff the following day and they told us a lot of damage was done that night as we noticed frames ripped off the walls of the elevator. We also received a letter under our door telling us they were turning the water off from 11am to 4pm. Forcing us to leave the hotel as we couldn’t even use the bathroom. This was not an enjoyable experience. I would expect this from a lower end hotel. We spent the extra money booking at the sandman as we were dealing with the loss to our family and expecting a more respectful establishment/crowd. As I said if I knew our stay would have been like that, I would have saved some money and booked at a lower end hotel.

The hotel was alright but we had no water for part of the day. We arrived late on a flight and it was frustrating to rush and get ready in the morning before they shut off the water. It looked like there was leak being repaired

Checkin seemed to take way longer than it should have for a pre-paid room, still had to do a deposit separate from the payment, had I known that I would have just paid once at the hotel. printer at front desk was not working, neither was pin pad in the restaurant - maybe hire an it guy to speed up the customer experience .....

Easy clean upgrade to suite comfortaply

We had issues with the water broken pipes was fix the same day but we weren’t notified about it and water is warm lukewarm no hot water

Clean rooms, pool area can be more organized in terms of provision of towels and timely checks

It's stated that breakfast is included. Not true. A $15 voucher for breakfast is included. Breakfast with the voucer still cost over $30.

Carpet smelled bad

It was a perfect stay for the price on Juno weekend 2026!

I stay here frequently for work. I ended up with an update for $20 a night with a kitchen and living area which was lovely. Room very clean. New shower faucet was really confusing to use and you couldn’t actually see on there where the hot and cold was. Also no vanity kits. Was desperate for a shower cap and nail file. Check in was good. Friendly front desk. He asked for my Credit card. I said do you need my ID? He said oh yes thanks for reminding me. The next day my key wouldn’t work and he re set it without asking for my ID. I said don’t you want to see my ID?? This is the reason for my 4 star rating. I really like it here but does that mean anyone could randomly get a card re programmed? Something small but safety as a woman alone is priority.

Booked this hotel from rading previous reviews as Ive never heard of this hotel chain. Check in was a little slow as they had only 1 person doing checkins while a manager was walking around and 6 people waiting to check in. Besides that the stay was amazing. Very clean, up to date room. Front desk staff very welcoming anytime you went in and out of the hotel as well as staff when you met them in the hallways. Loved having Walmart and other restaurants in the area. Super safe area to be in Will def stay here again when I'm Canada

Our children had a reaction to the pool: their skins were red and irritated (all 3 kids). So we called them the day that we checked out to explain our concerns about their pool. The manager called and apologized for this incident. They just switched to a bromine system for water filtration and not chlorine so our kids may have reacted to that. We have been to many pools and this had not happened before. Overall the facilities were great and the check in was fast and professional and kind staff.

Great stay ! A tiny issue with the shower temperature but nothing major. Would stay again.
