Coming back to the Sheraton, the experience didn't disappoint.
Excellent choice, close to attractions in Niagara Falls.
Room at 21st floor is great choice.

Perfect location at Niagara Falls, especially if you have children. Minutes away from the fun on Clifton hill, while still having a great view of the falls. Very clean and nice hotel.

We stayed for two nights at the fallsview hotel, but were disappointed at how the hotel missed the house keeping for our room, even upon reminding the front desk a few times throughout the day, as we came back to the room in the afternoon to find out the room was left the same as it was when we left in the morning. When we came back to the hotel after dinner that night, no towels were replaced, no beds were made up, trash bins were all left full, and the worst of all was the shampoo and body wash were all out. We had to request for all the amenities on that night. It was a very disappointing experience at the hotel.

I didn’t care for my room because it had a very unpleasant bathroom smell. Maybe imbedded urine smell or mold I’m not sure. But it was there.
View was great, but we booked a room w a Balcony in the description but it was basically a long window with bars on it and no balcony. The staff told us it’s a Juliette balcony, description didn’t say that. Just balcony. Not so. False advertising for sure
Breakfast was good. Hotel centrally located

The room category we booked wasn’t available on the day we checked in. They gave us the next available one which is much more inferior than what we paid for. They did move us the following day… but that’s at least 2 hours taken away from our vacation time-packing and unpacking our stuff. We missed one of our booked tour making sure we get the right room. We should get compensated for the inconvenience of it all.
