Great location, very close to the central downtown hub in great restaurant in walking vicinity. It was also great to have the option for Tim Hortons or Starbucks in the morning as they are both connected to the hotel and the mall that the hotel is connected to.

We were not able to access the parking garage due to a police situation. We were told to figure out somewhere to park it was not the hotels problem. We drove around for 50 mins in some not so nice neighborhoods filled with very scary sketchy people. I asked the hotel to comp my parking since we were not able to access the parking garage and again was told not their problem. The security guard did not have a clue how to help us and keep people safe during g this situation. The staff was incredibly rude. We will never stay there again

Breakfast was awesome way more than expected. Parking was a bit of an issue for me since my vehicle didn’t fit. 6.2 was the maximum height so I parked in the open lot but when I checked in they said they had a higher entrance for bigger vehicle which was good to know. The other entrance is 6.7 ..perfect! I was glad to have it parked in a secured parking garage.

My only and honest complaint is the parking. We did attend on a busy weekend. Monster Jam was at the Coliseum next door. Would be nice to see the hotel aquire more designated parking spots. Maybe someone patrolling every so often on busy weekends like that to make sure there isn't none hotel residents in the designated hotel parking.
Room, breakfast, hotel itself and hotel staff were all amazing and top tier. If I could rate a 4.9 you would have that! Very nice hotel and will be back for sure.

This hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but we stayed here March 31st during Cardi B's tour and they could have ushered or helped with lines coming back from the concert . It was chaos, We were told there were no stairs and had to wait up to 45 minutes for the elevator to take us to the 4th floor. Not ideal for parking (located underground).
