The 2 bedroom apartment was excellent. We had an on-suite washer and dryer, so we came home with clean clothes. It's at the top of Dow's Lake, one block from Preston, so a very walkable neighborhood.

A suite complete with kitchen, living & donning area, bed room and toilet. Very comfortable for 2 people. Friendly and helpful staff. A grocery shop nearby with reasonable pricing. The property is within a very short distance from the OTrain station, giving easy access to major attractions in Ottawa. We enjoyed our stay here.

It was a lovely space but was difficult to keep warm, not well stocked or equipped (no pan for the oven, 2 coffee pods for a six night stay) and no water pressure (if it’s that low, change the shower head. Water flows almost straight down).
