The 2 bedroom apartment was excellent. We had an on-suite washer and dryer, so we came home with clean clothes. It's at the top of Dow's Lake, one block from Preston, so a very walkable neighborhood.

A suite complete with kitchen, living & donning area, bed room and toilet. Very comfortable for 2 people. Friendly and helpful staff. A grocery shop nearby with reasonable pricing. The property is within a very short distance from the OTrain station, giving easy access to major attractions in Ottawa. We enjoyed our stay here.

It was a lovely space but was difficult to keep warm, not well stocked or equipped (no pan for the oven, 2 coffee pods for a six night stay) and no water pressure (if it’s that low, change the shower head. Water flows almost straight down).

Convenient and great location and nice accommodations. Unfortunately not very well cleaned since the last visitor and they had clearly let some food spoil for a long time in the fridge so it absolutely reeked and lingered on any food we put in there. If the cleaning was better between guests it would have been perfect.

Overall it was a good stay. The building is new and we'll maintained. Area was quiet, easily accessible to Little Italy neighborhood.
On the down side, concierge is not always there, if they're not there, there's a number to call, but it's a phone number to the parent hotel in Toronto, and there's not much they can help with. We got in late at night and the lockbox to the key was jammed. We called the number provided and they couldn't do anything as there's no one they could send to assist. We ended up having to push and pull on the lockbox door for 20 minutes before it opened, it was very frustrating after a long drive.
There was some hair underneath the bed sheets, but otherwise it was clean. Everything else was great.
