Fantastic location beautiful room great food awesome bar/club

I booked this property because of the reviews and the proximity to my daughters graduation place.It stated it was a 5min walk that was not correct. It was a 15-20 min drive. When you get there you enter through a restaurant which is weird they state it’s a Michelin star but no one there we thought we were in the wrong place. The gentleman there was nice didn’t provide is name but he was the only part of the stay that was good. We arrived early so the stored our luggage. When we returned at around 8 pm no one was there until we entered the back to check on which was self checkin, that individual was rude. We then found out we were in the basement we had a window that overlooked an alley were there was a man shooting up. There was no microwave to heat food when I called upstairs he said he would come down to heat it never came. Went to have a shower hairs on the towels went to get in bed hairs on sheets, stain on chair. The building isn’t accessible nor was the room. The next morning awoke by delivery and garbage trucks just below window at 6 am. We were also charged a 300 deposit that wasn’t mentioned. All in all very disappointing especially for the price point would not recommend

This is by far my best stay in a hotel anywhere in the world. This is the cleanest, most efficient and beautiful boutique hotel I have been to, 100 % recommended, very nice speakeasy on the basement and beautiful breakfast buffet

Liked everything , location can’t be better. Beds are really comfy. Rooms a little crowded but really nice. First time I ever had a toilet seat warmer ! Haha

Nice location, the hotel is well maintained, quite unique in look and comfortable. The stuff is very courteous (I arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for me). Suggested!

I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a distinctive and memorable experience. On my next visit, I hope to take advantage of the renowned 9-course dinner experience, which sounds like the perfect complement to an already remarkable stay.

Very small room snd artistic shows where not interesting.

Amazing location in Old Montreal. everyone was so kind, let me use the umbrella on a rainy day and the downstairs jazz club/bar is a must visit!

It was a very clean stay. It’s a self check in hotel which is a first. The main entrance looks like a restaurant which threw me off. No parking in hotel. Luckily there was a parking structure across the street.

I really appreciated how different it felt from a typical hotel. The space has a unique, almost immersive atmosphere, everything from the lighting and artwork displays to the sound feels intentional and calming. My room felt thoughtfully put together, with great attention to detail and comfort. What stood out most was how the hotel has a clear identity, it’s not trying to copy others, and that makes the stay feel more memorable. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something a bit more distinctive than the usual hotel experience.
