It's the third time here. Good quality, clean and tidy. Close to the beach. But expensive.

Stayed here last year as well. Good quality, clean and tidy. Very big dinning table with good kitchen facility. Good location near the beautiful beach. Just a bit hot in summer since no air-conditioner and water leaking out at the shower area (same situation as last stay.

This is out 3rd time staying here and it'll be our last. For $550 a night plus a $50 for an early check-in fee, and with booking 10 months in advance, I expected much better. 1. Stove knob broken so we couldn't turn it off. 2. Toilet seat extremely loose. 3. Stain on bathroom towel. 4. Squeakiest bed I've ever sat or slept on. Every small move makes an annoying sound. 5. Very squeaky floor from bed to bathroom. 6. Living room mat smells. 7. Stain on living room pillow. 8. One of the remotes was hidden in the couch. 9. No parking directly in front of the townhouse upon arrival. 10. View of trailer park. 11. Townhouse is on outer edge of property, close to a construction zone. 12. Thick dust on the light fixture over the diningroom table. I wrote 'clean me' in the dust. 13. Multiple hairs on the shower wall. 14. No shampoo etc in the second bathroom - just empty slots. 15. Nowhere to put the soap in the second shower. 16. Three dishwasher pods for 4 days. 17. Numerous cobwebs in the townhouse. 18. No pool towels on day 2. 19. Front desk clerk, Allan, offered to refund instead of providing a better townhouse. He suggested looking for a last-minute cabin during peak season. 20. It is clear that this property is a newer build than the other resorts and is in high demand. It is also clear that they know customers will come here no matter what the condition and level of service. Customer satisfaction is clearly secondary to profits. We will not be back.

I think the house is missing quite a few essential kitchen utensils. Also, knowing how many guests the house accommodates, it would make sense to provide the correct amount of bedding for everyone. Another issue was the air conditioning. It is only available downstairs, so the upstairs bedrooms became quite hot because the cool air did not reach them properly.

It would be nice to have ac in all rooms. As if you opened the window for fresh air it was very loud. Also the beach is further away than expected. A restaurant on site would also be nice. Pool and hot tub was nice.

Pros: Kids loved the outdoor pool and hot tub! The pool is slightly heated; not super warm but a good swimming temp. The kids loved getting colouring sheets and crayons on arrival too. Great location and very friendly front desk employees. Nice to be able to walk next door to Cedars for dinner, or grab a few munchies from the front desk in the evening. We enjoyed sitting on the huge deck in the evenings, having a BBQ, and walking down to the beach. We shall be back. Minor cons: Some of the info in the emails etc. is probably a little outdated, e.g. all rooms do actually have aircon, and you can't order some things to the room for your arrival like sand toys. The kids found the sofa bed a little uncomfy (creaky) and aircon/fridge very noisy.

The property was great, the living room and kitchen were very big. We did alot of our own cooking. Still lots of restaurants and stores near by. The shower supplies were fantastic, I might need to purchase it. The pool was good but if you are looking for a quiet while sunbathing its not a spot for you. Lots of kids which was fine with us. If we wanted it quieter we would just go to our spacious balcony.

The townhome itself was very nice, very clean. But staff at the resort were not very helpful. We stayed there for two nights. Every day the pool was out of pool towels. We went the front desk where the staff was no help. They told us that housekeeping was in charge of the towels. When checked out, the front desk staff member told us that management would be contacting me but it's been a week and I have not heard back from the resort.

Room was well equipped for cooking, clean, kitchen was good size. Missing was central air although there was a portable AC that helped in the common areas but not the bedroom.

I travel to parksville once a year from North Saanich. Have stayed many times at this resort and it’s a very enjoyable stay. Rooms are clean, staff are super friendly and the pool is great. This trip we didn’t enjoy the hot tub as the jets weren’t working but really enjoyed our stay.

Clean room, fantastic staff, plenty of parking, lovely pool and tub. Lovely room and cupboards full of utensils for your stay with a kitchen. Definitely going again in September! And great price for your stay.

There was a parking and a pool to enjoy with this warm weather and beach nearby. We had our 2 year old grandaughter with us and she had fun. BBQ at our patio.

Fantastic visit.

This is the second time I've stayed here. This resort is beautiful! The staff is amazing and over the top helpful! My room was clean and shiny, and the bed was very comfy! I can't say enough good things about this resort. I would definately recommend this resort and will stay here again!

Property was great

This resort is an absolute gem! The place was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. This is a dog-friendly resort; there are doggy bags and garbage receptacles for dog waste on the grounds. The view of the ocean is spectacular, and the walk down to the beach is easy, but on a very slight grade. The resort itself is beautiful with great walking paths, a pool, and a gym. I would definitely stay here again.

The hot tub was the perfect temperature - not too hot , not too cold. Parking was always available and easy . The staff were unobtrusive but available. Our room was very clean and comfortable
