Great service, room was quiet and clean, I wanted a hot tub but none of the hotels in town have one so why not settle for the second best option a warm pool and fun waterslide. The breakfast changes up every day (the style of eggs and meat) and is good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Slave Lake!!

This room is smaller than my bathroom! Literally enough space to walk around a bed. The room consists of a bed and mini table, so would work great for a minimalist. Pictures portray a far larger space! This room would be a $100-$150 TOPS per night, certainly not

Check in staff was friendly. Room was good, except we had dirty and stained “clean” towels in our bathroom. The pool was good for the kids, but very cold. Free breakfast is offered, but limited as to what is offered. Overall was decent, but would probably book somewhere else next time.

There is no hot tub! Do NOT post pics that state otherwise. As i understand that is a selling point or a draw . I was not very pleased to find out there was NO Hot tub!

Room was freezing the heat wouldn’t work in our room only would blow cold air. Staff was on our kids for having any fun from the second we checked in. They couldn’t even hang out in a room together without complaints as we were outside the room @ 6:30pm not even late at all. Our kids got told to be quiet when team Canada scored a goal in The breakfast room. Weren’t aloud to have fun in the pool, lady kept coming in and telling them they were being loud or splashing everywhere. No blow up beach balls are allowed.
Our kids were very well behaved and were all in bed by 8:30/9pm. Only plus was the older lady serving breakfast was amazing with our kids, made them all waffles and served it to them, joked them. Served the parent’s coffee. Thank you to her.

This isn’t even the same hotel in the pictures. Rented a room that was not what I received.
Same chain different hotel. The beds were terrible. Springs into your back. Woken up at 3 am from people shoveling and screaming at each other.
Staff was great. But it was just a lie this hotel.

The property was clean and safe. We had rented the king size room with the hot tub. The main door bolt did not close. The hairdryer did not work. We had to keep asking for extra towels and pillows and unfortunately, when I booked, they did not inform us, the pool was closed.
