Room was freezing the heat wouldn’t work in our room only would blow cold air. Staff was on our kids for having any fun from the second we checked in. They couldn’t even hang out in a room together without complaints as we were outside the room @ 6:30pm not even late at all. Our kids got told to be quiet when team Canada scored a goal in The breakfast room. Weren’t aloud to have fun in the pool, lady kept coming in and telling them they were being loud or splashing everywhere. No blow up beach balls are allowed. Our kids were very well behaved and were all in bed by 8:30/9pm. Only plus was the older lady serving breakfast was amazing with our kids, made them all waffles and served it to them, joked them. Served the parent’s coffee. Thank you to her.

This isn’t even the same hotel in the pictures. Rented a room that was not what I received. Same chain different hotel. The beds were terrible. Springs into your back. Woken up at 3 am from people shoveling and screaming at each other. Staff was great. But it was just a lie this hotel.

The room was very clean and smelled

Great service, room was quiet and clean, I wanted a hot tub but none of the hotels in town have one so why not settle for the second best option a warm pool and fun waterslide. The breakfast changes up every day (the style of eggs and meat) and is good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Slave Lake!!

Their was no hot tub when its advertised as having one. Deposit is way higher then other hotels . Very pricey for bare minimum

It was easy to find. and close to food and gas for travelling

The property was clean and safe. We had rented the king size room with the hot tub. The main door bolt did not close. The hairdryer did not work. We had to keep asking for extra towels and pillows and unfortunately, when I booked, they did not inform us, the pool was closed.

Was a ok stay unfortunately the pool was down for renovations which was not told about upon booking apparently in fine print. If a discount was offered would have made it a better stay. 250 a night and no pool not worth it.

Ease of access

I really think that hotels need to up their attention to fitness rooms. It’s like they just buy a bunch of used, outdated equipment to check a box. As a person who incorporates fitness in my daily life, it’s disappointing to see the effort put forth on this.

Friendly helpful staff

Great that it's right next to McDonalds. Bedroom light was more of a strobe light and unfortunately the pool was closed for renovations. Otherwise not bad.

It was very old and dated.
