Quiet, well lit area. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

The rooms are redone and very nice. Its a quiet hotel while the surroundings are busy with traffic.

Excellent service. Clean rooms. Exterior needs updating. Fridge and a/c were noisy and need updating or maintenance.

It was good

I have been a regular guest at Super 8 by Wyndham in different cities over the past few years, and I usually choose this chain because of its friendly staff, cleanliness, reliable room service, and affordable prices. Unfortunately, my recent one-night stay at the Sudbury location was disappointing in terms of cleanliness. The room was dusty, the towels provided were not clean, and there were no coffee arrangements or even bottled water available in the room. This was unexpected compared to the standards I’ve experienced at other Super 8 locations. On a positive note, the receptionist I interacted with was very helpful and kind. She quickly brought me fresh towels and bedsheets when I raised my concerns, and I really appreciated her prompt response. I am not writing this to criticize but rather to share my disappointment so that improvements can be made. I truly hope the Sudbury location can maintain the same standards of cleanliness and comfort that I’ve always appreciated at other Super 8 by Wyndham hotels.

Room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The bed had a variety of pillow thicknesses so you could choose the one that suited you best. Hotel parking seemed to be adequate for size of facility.

We got there for 2 min the smell was bad it was dirty and they a shooting happend 100 feet from us so my mom got scared so i ask for refund and they refused.. so we left anyways so i had to pay 2 hotel rooms for 2 day ..its not ok !!!!

Convenience

The room was dirty. The bath mat was supposed to be a cream color and it was full of black mould. Towels were stained and dirty looking.

This hotel is fine in most ways, but it is getting old and we noticed that the outside building needs some work near the entrance. Some of the towels and bedding are old and need replacing. It is cheaper than most other hotels in the Sudbury area, but it could use some upgrades.

Filthy room. I asked for a full refund from Expedia but was only given $50 key cash.

Room was dirty, towels stained, phone didn’t work, and the carpet smelled awful. Couldn’t rest at all — not recommended.

Towels looked dirty. The bathroom mat was filthy. I wore my crocs in the room the whole time
