Staff was helpful and friendly

Check in was easy, room was clean, location was amazing :)

The room was clean. The bathrooms were spotless! The staff was super helpful if i had any questions. I will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

Although this place is cheap, it was so gross I'd never stay there again, nor recommend it. The room I stayed in was a private room and was super dirty, so much so that I struggled to falls asleep because I was skeeved out. For lighting, there were two lamps in the room-one of the lamps had two of the three bulbs missing and the other lamp didn't have a lamp shade. There was dirt and dust on the floor throughout the room. The bed was super uncomfortable, and the two pillows provided were awful and lumpy. The shared washroom was pretty gross, and there was hair clippings strewn throughout one of the sinks. Parking is an absolute nightmare-had to drive around for 30-45 minutes to find a place to park. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.

I liked the price and convenience of easily getting from place to place

The room is ok but the bed and foam are terrible. Some of the staff members are rude and irresponsible

Tha place was amazing, our room was very clean! Bathrooms also very clean, staff were nice and helpful... just got very stressed before check in because I was going to arrive late at night and I was not able to get anyone on the phone or to leave a message, but finally someone answered. Appart from that, I really enjoyed everything, and if I go back to Toronto ill definitively stayed there again.

Friendly and efficient staff, nice room, great location.

Clean room and welcoming staff. The top bunk can be really difficult to get on tho as the bunk steps hurt my foot badly. Great value for money

Nice staff, nice people. The room was great, bed was very comfortable and had its own AC. Bathrooms were as clean as expected and the kitchen had free snacks. Great cheap stay in great area!

Logement extrêmement salle. beaucoup de sans arbis y dorment, j'ai changé d'auberge au bout de 3h. A fuir!

I didn’t drive

Two heaters were not working. Our whole stay there was cold

Everything was nice, the only thing i didn't like was the noise from the street, you can hear the cars and music from the room, besides that, everything was really good.

Staff was polite

Yes staff courteous but seem over worked

I dont drive and the A\C works

Really friendly staff. Even let me check in early. Not overly loud and nice rooms for the price
