Excellent staff, parking

The whole place is very dirty, especially the bathrooms. It needs ventilation and smells really bad. The towels are old and stained. This place was a disappointment. The guests are very noisy, and glass doors let light into the room and disturb your sleep. It was a terrible night.

Good place to stay in Toronto! Not so far to the main atractions in the city. Bathrooms clean, complete kitchen and comfortable bed. Wifi works very well too! Staff very friendly and polite! Thank you very much for everything!

There is a girl in reception wear mask she is not helpful, she denied lots of things which i got from others reception persons.

The instructions were unclear about the keyless entry. I understand its a new system but the front desk cleak at the Parkdale Hosyillarie was unsure on locking the front entrance door. I figured that would be important as 644 Queen st w is a high traffic and questionable people at night. The floors, bathroom sink and kitchen counter were dirty.

Minimal staff available so was hard to get help and there is a curfew if you don’t pay for a key. Great for one night and the shared kitchen was quite useful. Beautiful deck facing the city

Showers were pretty dirty, other than that it was a decent stay.

Malheureusement je n’ai pas pu me présenter à l’hébergement car mon vol depuis la France avait été annulé. Jusqu’à maintenant et après avoir signalé que je ne pourrais pas venir suite à l’annulation du vol par la compagnie aérienne, je n’ai jamais eu de retour auprès de l’hébergement. Donc j’ai été facturé pour rien et gratuitement. Merci pour votre professionnalisme.

Beds are not confortable, patio running down

L’ensemble de l’hébergement répondait à nos attentes considérant que nous voulions un pied à terre à distance de marche raisonnable du centre-ville. L’arrivée avec les bagages et le départ est moins pratique mais les commodités sur place répondait à nos attentes.

I got a good deal on expedia for a queen bed room. It had great air conditioning in the room what a relief to get in there. But it wasn't what was advertized, and a person opened our door in the night which was scary. Other than that it was good the people were nice. I got the card that opens the front door so it was pretty easy come and go. So for the price it was good. I felt like it was reasonably safe and it is non smoking and alcohol there so that made me feel more safe.
