The staff were great. The room was clean. The AC was working perfectly. The bathroom was nice and the water pressure was great.
I didn't go to the restaurant/bar but it looked very nice and there was a jazz band playing while I was getting ready to head out for the evening.

Breakfast does not start until 9:30 am which was too late for me. I have meetings start at 8 or 9 am.
I stayed on the 2nd floor and 1st floor was the Jazz Club which stays open until midnight..
Room is clean and nice. For the price I paid and the location of the hotel, I would stay another time if I travel alone.

When I was booking a hotel I asked not to turn on air conditioner. I checked in, entered my room - freezing! Air conditioner was ON, 62 degrees!! It's not such a difficult request!!

The General Manager (Avi) and his staff offered exceptional service during our stay. It is not the Taj Mahal by any means, but the rooms are clean, the food is decent and if you enjoy live jazz music it is good value for the money. A great location to all kinds of amenities, parks and an easy 15 minute stroll to the Rogers Centre.

Room is decently clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant downstair is lowkey a vibe: live jazz music every night, and the food was quite alright too. The air conditioning is a little old, but with a small room, it did its job well. One thing to note is if you use too much amenities at once (lights on, AC on, hair dryer on) the power to your room might get cut off because the circuit overload.

The room was very convenient for my needs during the world cup tournament. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Jessie one of the hotel staff was very nice and helpful especially when myself and my mate were stressing out as our flights had been cancelled.
We would definitely stay here again as the location is excellent for many of the tourist attractions, cafes and bars.
Although we both had the rooms with out the shower we coped just fine.

Sentralt beliggende. Noe støy fra jazzklubb i helgene, men ellers rolig etter 22.30. Noe smal og litt ukomfortabel seng. God mat i restauranten, som er jazzklubb på kveldstid Det ble ikke rengjort de 4 nettene vi var der. Måtte selv spørre om påfyll av toalettpapir.

The rooms were nice and air conditioning was amazing during the heatwave! For the price the stay was splendid! Air conditioning was on point! The staff were so kind and helpful especially the cleaning staff!
