市區裏很不錯的旅館，環境整潔、服務人員態度很好、設備也不錯。

The pillow is hard. The sounds from street is noisy by car, human yelling. Breakfast is the perfect. The location is good to reach anywhere. They provide bottle water and chocolate in the room.

Nicely decorated room with good maintenance. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast included is great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the exceptional service provided by the front desk team. They were incredibly responsible, attentive, and always proactive in offering help whenever we needed it. Every time we left or returned to the hotel, we were warmly greeted with genuine friendliness, which made us feel very welcome and at home. What touched us the most was their thoughtful gesture after learning that my mother prefers to drink hot water — they kindly lent us a kettle for our stay. This level of care and attention to detail made a big difference and showed how much they value their guests. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would definitely love to come back again!

The St. Regis is an incredible hotel. We had a king suite on the fifth floor and it was perfect, with ample space and the amenities were above the norm. The breakfast was the best we have had when staying at a hotel where the breakfast is included. And the location is perfectly situated - easy access by foot to wherever you may want to go and or tour. The Gotham steakhouse was a nice option for social hour beverages and appys. A real nice vibe in the lounge. We will definitely stay at the St. Regis again when we return to Vancouver.

We love everything about this hotel. Staff. Service. Breakfast. It's perfect. Brent and Juan are the best. Wait staff in the dining room is excellent.

Front desk staff members were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and we had plenty of towels. Shower was great and soap/shampoo was provided.

Everything about St.Regis is perfect. The location, the cleanliness, staff, Breakfast. Everything's spot on. I was travelling alone and stayed there for 4 nights and it was one of my best Hotel stays. I was able to walk to all the places I wanted to,

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff that are very nice, friendly and attentive to you. The hotel is right on the corner so very convenient and close or walking distance to the station, gastown and not far from Chinatown. Plus other close by restaurants, bars, shops and market. The room is spacious, clean and very is functional. The parking garage is abit tricky since you have to get a remote from the hotel and parking within next door building and once you check out, they will have a staff open the door for you to get into the garage. They do have bakery, restaurant and a bar (I think) and we had breakfast there and it was great with also great service. Overall we had a wonderful, peaceful and enjoyable stay here. Will come back and stay here when I’m in town for sure.
