Everything about my stay was excellent! Front desk personnel were professional and friendly. Also very helpful with helping us with areas to visit. My room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was always delicious. The service was flawless.

A wonderful place to stay. Front desk staff were prompted, professional, and friendly. The Gotham Steak house was wonderful! The hotel valet person was wonderful. The only reason I'm giving the hotel four stars is the complimentary breakfast-was poor. Food wasn't hot, potatoes were rubbery, and the fruit barely edible. The bacon was the only saving grace. The toast was not even toasted.

Amazing hotel. Jr Suite was wonderful. Make sure to ask the stay on a higher floor and NOT on the side alley…. Folks loud late… but typical city noise. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Will for sure return on a future trip north!

Room was clean, staff was great and the included breakfast was lovely. The room was quite small but we did choose the “smart” room which we assume is more of the budget level. No mini fridge which sucked but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would visit the St Regis Hotel again.

This was a pretty average stay. We had to ask to be let in when we arrived as it was late. Everyone was polite. The breakfast was worth the extra cost of the room. The location was one of the best we've had in downtown.

The staff were efficient and friendly and attentive. They took care of check in with ease and took our bags up to the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The robes were plush and comfortable. The Locctaine products are amazing and make the shower feel luxurious. The chocolates on the pillow was a cute touch and was a perfect indulgence for a bedtime snack. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it as a place for others to book when visiting Vancouver.
