While kind of pricey, this was among the very nicest properties at which we have ever stayed. Location was perfect for visiting this world class city. Nearly everything was walkable or easily accessed by bus. The room was spacious, and impeccably decorated and maintained. The finishes looked as new, and we had the feeling that we must have been the first visitors to have ever stayed there. Coffee service and toiletries were top of the line, the quality of the bedding was great. And, as a bonus, the breakfast in the lower level dining room was great. If we ever get back to Vancouver, the St Regis will be where we choose to stay.

Don't stay here.
You overpay for what was a good st regis and brand name.
Room smells funny - I had to pay for my upgrade to another room with no smell.
Downtown Vancouver - just avoid.
Stay at the fairmont airport, rent a car - go to the neighborhoods or go to victoria island

The pillow is hard. The sounds from street is noisy by car, human yelling. Breakfast is the perfect. The location is good to reach anywhere. They provide bottle water and chocolate in the room.

We emailed them our arrival information and requested an early check in .. unfortunately no response. Upon arrival we were advised they would text us as soon as the room was ready . No text recvd. After being up since early morning hours .. a response would have been appreciated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St. Regis hotel in Vancouver, BC . The staff was exceptional, as they always greeted us with a smile and took care of anything we needed. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent as it gave us many options. Overall, I would give the hotel high marks for providing great customer service.

Hotel is in a great spot, staff friendly breakfast was great too…..one odd thing tubs in room washroom are very deep but do have handles to grab on too. Anyone with hip problems might struggle. Otherwise fantastic hotel

L’hôtel est propre et très bon service. J’ai été déçue car aucun lobby pour prendre en verre et le restaurant est fermé.Nous n’avons pas été prévenu de cela , à 1350$ pour deux nuits j’aurais aimé le savoir.
Pas de frigo dans la chambre. L’hôtel est bien situé mais à ma prochaine visite je vais me rapprocher de Canada Place.
Le déjeuner est très bien service aux tables impeccable.
