I really enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet and staff were exceptional. They let me check in early which was so grateful considering I got in at 5:30. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh and perfectly cooked, breakfast staff were so accommodating

The pillow is hard. The sounds from street is noisy by car, human yelling. Breakfast is the perfect. The location is good to reach anywhere. They provide bottle water and chocolate in the room.

The staff were efficient and friendly and attentive. They took care of check in with ease and took our bags up to the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The robes were plush and comfortable. The Locctaine products are amazing and make the shower feel luxurious. The chocolates on the pillow was a cute touch and was a perfect indulgence for a bedtime snack. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it as a place for others to book when visiting Vancouver.

객실도 깨끗하고 직원도 친절했어요. 전날 좋은방을 싸게 예약했는데, 생각보다 방도크고 좋았네요. 대로 변에 주차가 3분밖에 안되서 짐 내리고, 주차하러 갔구요. 짐 내리니 직원이 짐을 방까지 올려다주셨습니다. 비까지 와서 정신없었는데 감사했습니다. 조식은 3가지 중 선택이었고, 오믈렛 선택했는데 오믈렛 옆에 감자가 같이 나오는데 너무 맛있었네요. 위치도 워터프론트역이랑 벤쿠버시티역 중간에 있어서 돌아다니기 너무 가깝고 좋았습니다.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of Vancouver. The rooms albeit small, take great attention to high quality detail, it has a fascinating history, the staff all go above and beyond to pitch in and with the cook to order breakfast that's included, offers great value. We were impressed!
