早餐雖然在服務櫃台旁邊 但鬆餅下方還有果汁跟水果也可以享用 比想像中豐盛許多 也拿了幾顆蘋果 是真的好吃

停電，Wi-Fi無法使用，噪音很大

還有廚房設備，整體算新的感受。

The location of the accommodation was good, but since it was right next to the highway, there was a lot of noise even when the windows were closed. And under the bed in the room, my three-year-old child found a 500ml bottle of water that someone had discarded halfway after eating it and left behind, and drank that water. I was very dirty and disgusted, but I did not complain because of my husband's objections. If the water container that fell under the bed still hasn’t been cleaned up, I think the cleaning is in very poor condition.

The bedding and towels in the room were clean and fresh, but the rest was absolutely filthy. Baseboards had never been cleaned. Fine for an overnight stop, but have low expectations and wont be disappointed

Very friendly/pleasant staff and amazing location. Lovely lookout and promenade area. Super comfortable beds and nice amenities. Pool looked inviting. Restaurant beside the hotel had fabulous Indian food. It was obvious some renos had taken place recently. In the bathrooms, the tile and caulking was not consistent for a newly appointed room. The management would do well to address this as well as the condition of the stairwells. Very dirty and stained. Overall the stay was pleasant and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Spacious room, comfortable mattresses, good view through the window, friendly staff, clean & tidy. It’s the third time we stayed.

Good to stay with family. There is a small yard in front of hotel.

Beds comfortable, pillows new; room appeared renovated. Served its purpose for a night stop-over. The only thing to add is there were some undesirable people waiting in line / hanging around a truck in the parking lot ….using a blow torch to smoke crack or meth from a pipe. Perhaps long-term residents of the motel ? Not a good look for the outside aesthetics of the motel. Car thankfully was safe overnight. Breakfast was muffins, yogurt and they had a pancake machine (all in the tiny lobby) not in a dining room setting. Ok for a one night stay but pricy for what u get.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett.Die Zimmer, wie beschrieben, groß. Der Kaffee war großartig. Das Frühstück konnten wir nicht ausprobieren.

Liked the separate room for parents. Comfortable and clean. Easy access. Responsive staff. Minor maintenance issues: deadbolt needed some help to work properly because of a screw that wasn't long enough and didn't catch, so wouldn't go in without help from a knife to hold in position. Toilet paper holder came apart also had loose screw.

Room was absolutely disgusting!! The tongs for the ice bucket had a thick tar on them, the walls, doors and baseboards looked like they haven't been washed in a very long time, our feet were black from walking on the floor and ended up having to wear shoes. There was urine on the walls/floor all around the toilet and smelled awful. The ice machine by our room was broken but the one by the lobby was working. When I went to the lobby to voice my concern, there was another lady from another room, saying her room was filled with bugs. While we were talking, there was one actually crawling on her. (Not bed bugs). The lady working was very nice. She came and looked at our rooms. She offered to clean the spots in our room that were of most concern. She came back later, after speaking with management and they offered 30% off our next stay. We were just passing through and never stay in Kamloops, so that offer was no good to us. Said they cant offer a refund of any amount because we pre paid on Expedia. The next morning, my husband saw the cleaning staff going room to room with ONE cloth and a spray bottle. For a $460.00/night room, this is absolutely unacceptable. I also spoke with the lady that had bugs in her room and they offered her the same 30% off her next stay. I DO NOT recommend staying here. NOT worth the price.

Good overnight stay, not expensive. Bed was great and our dog was happy too. Excellent Indian food restaurant on the property. The smoke from the nearby Clinton fires was unfortunate, but couldn’t be helped. We didn’t get much “vista” from the Vista Inn this time! We’d stay there again.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Beds comfortable. Breakfast space was too small and cramped. Very little space.

Loved their outdoor pool.I booked for 6 people and really liked separated room.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The front desk staff were very accommodating that we needed a ground floor room last minute because of an injury. The pink decor is fun and loved the in-room nespresso. The breakfast was basic but fresh and quick. We didn’t use the outdoor pool but it looked clean and well- maintained. All the staff we saw were very friendly and helpful.

Sauberes Zimmer. Frühstück den Namen nicht wert. Für die Durchreise völlig ok.
