The room was clean and everything was great. The only issue I would say was that what they advertised as breakfast included was not breakfast. It was a counter in the lobby with muffins and coffee. No place to sit. No real options.

Exactly as advertised and matches or slightly exceeds pricepoint expectations! Not intended to be luxurious but felt well maintained and clean! The continental breakfast was modest and simple but for the price point was decent enough. Had affiliate Indian restaurant right next door that was good. Hotel had limited amenities save for outdoor pool but due to weather was not opened yet but all consistent with price point. Great option for people looking for cost-effective options and no need for frills. Lastly, the staff were pleasant and courteous. In fact the two gentlemen that helped us were excellent!

Awesome, comfortable beds, and I usually have a hard time sleeping at a hotel. It was clean and I loved all the pink :) It would be great if they had some further information about the inn in their welcome book... Where to find the ice machine, info about the grab and go breakfast, that there is a microwave for use in the lobby and how to use the A/C. I had to ask how to turn on the fan because it was getting warm and there is a switch on a far wall that I hadn't seen. Just little things and the staff were friendly when I asked questions, I would just rather not have to ask. I would stay again, for sure :)

Super friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. Really cannot beat the price and what you're getting. Small grab & go breakfast provided and nespresso coffee machines in room. Walkable to many food establishments. Thanks!

Frankly, one of the best inn in kamloops. Friendly, receptionist and better room service. Room service staff has come in the morning and ask our requirements. It has nice view place and very quiet place. I would like to highly recommend this place.
