I was well aware the hotel was an older hotel when I booked it, but within a few hours of checking into our room, a leak in the ceiling developed and created a water bubble in the ceiling above one bed and had soaked the carpet around the bed. The staff did manage to move us to a different room but unfortunately is was next to the pool and was very loud. People had snuck into the pool after hours (between 10-12 am) and were not escorted out. On our last day prior to check out we had staff that had tried unlocking the door next to the pool way before check-out time and hadn't even knocked to see if anyone was in the room, as it was getting closer to check-out time a cleaner unlocked and opened our main door again without checking if we were still in the room even though the door hanger said quiet please. We went to the pool once but the hot tub had things floating in it and color was quite yellow, so we didn't stay in it long. We ate at the Restaurant within the hotel twice and the food was great both times. Never went to the Bar. I was never compensated for the inconvenience of the room change or even offered a discount. I would not recommend this facility.

The ac in our room wasn't working. We told the front desk, nothing happened. Then housekeeping came and noticed it was way too hot in there. They checked with the front desk, and the maintenance guy was coming to work in a bit. In the meantime her and the janitor lined up a fan to help. Said maintenance guy never showed up. I stopped by the front desk again and asked for someone to check on it. No one did. When checking out, I mentioned again how awfully hot it was and they said I told them the wrong room, 113 insteadof 116. Which is entirely possible, because we knew those people. But no one ever came to their room either. And when I asked about reduction in price due to it, they said I had to deal with Expedia. Disappointing to say the least.

You get what you pay for. Better than a motel. The good: -Bar and resturant are reasonable on site. - Bed was ok. - pool, hot tub and 1 of 2 working watersides. - fridge in room, kureg in room. - on wall hair dryer works good. - Wifi and TV worked with no issues. - one pet fee for 2 nights stay. The bad: -AC is building shared and you only have a booster fan. It barley cooled the room. 23C - Stains on bed cover, carpet and cigarette burns in window shade. - Shower head was partially blocked. - Transient people in the area. Lock your things up. - No king size bed option. - We were a corner room beside the ice machieen/ exit / pool enterance. Slamming doors grab the attention of even a well trained pet. - Pet room is carpeted.

Ok, the hotel is good old, bed was good.

Good stay

This hotel was terrible! Dirty, dated and overall absolutely gross, we felt uncomfortable sleeping there! We wanted to leave and go somewhere else. Way overpriced for the condition of this hotel and what is offered (or not offered in this case). The hotel was incredibly hot and the ac and fan did not work. There was food and dirt on the carpet on the way to our room when we arrived in the evening and was still there in the morning when we checked out. We like to sleep in but set the alarm for 8am to get out of there. If you are custom to staying at even a moderately nice hotel do not stay here as you will be very disappointed! The pool, hot tub and slide are nice features if you have young kids but it does not make up for the condition of this hotel.

Clean convenient location pleasant staff. Alittle noisy however.

Would have been nice had the clerk mentioned the planned power outage for morning at exactly when we needed to be getting ready in the pitch black room as we had no ext window. Apparently we were supposed to know this by reading the sign on the far left of desk. Also would have been nice if he had mentioned our room was alongside the pool where we could enjoy the noise of all the kids swimming til 10 instead of getting to sleep for an early surgery next day. Also would be nice if they could explain the additional $20.95 charge above our expedia total. Decent enough hotel for having little updates since those two giant waterslides went in, just going to have to elevate their customer service to stay relevant for the future

Good

It was cool during the night, wasn’t a duvet just blanket, was a small hole between the window frame and window. The heating fan was so loud, couldn’t sleep over the night.

the room was clean and comfortable

Decent location, not to far drive from town centre, lots of parking and on-site restaurant and bar. Definitely needs its fixes but all in all was still clean and staff was kind and helpful. Pricing was fair and would recommend.

older location. good parking. clean and tidy . nothing amazing. unfortunately a v high deposit charged which is more than many competitors - this is a put off.

Large parking lot. The staff was very friendly.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and allowed an early check in. Room was a bit warm, thermostat was set to 25C, but adjusting the thermostat and turning on the fan brought the temp down.

Lots of parking, room very outdated, staff were wonderful.
