The shower curtain in the room was very smelly. Had to keep the bathroom door closed to lessen the smell. The cleaning crew forgot to remove a towel used by another customer. It was still drying in the shower. Additionally, there were some hairs in the bathtub and bathroom floor....

The location is about 10 minutes walk to the center of Old Quebec, and right in the middle of a street full of restaurants. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage there in the morning, and it was in our room when we came back in the afternoon. They have an ice machine which is sometimes hard to find in this older city. The beds were very comfortable. Our room was quiet. The bathtub/shower was very hot with a powerful showerhead. The Wi-Fi didn't work very well, but that was the only negative we experienced. There's also a great little to-go place for breakfast foods, sandwiches, and salads called Delices De L Amerique just 4 minutes away.

O único ponto favorável é a localização. O restante tudo deixou a desejar. Desde falta de limpeza de um dia pro outro, mesmo com o aviso deixado na porta, a falta de comodidades total pelo hotel. Fora que qdo chegamos à recepção ficou vazia por mais de 30 minutos por volta das 18 horas.

Easy check-in, arrive early to get a parking at the back of the hotel! 25$/day. Not bad but arrive early to get a spot because after 17h, there is none. The hotel is outdated but it is good located. 20 mins walk and you are in the hotel Frontenac. Right beside the hotel there is the Shiraz persian restaurant and it was delicious! Only bad thing about the hotel is that it is not sound proof, we got the worst room, just right in front of the lobby and i can hear everything from the lobby and from upstairs.

The best thing about this place is location. The hotel is only a few minutes away from everything, including restaurants, parks, museums, art gallery, bakeries, shops/boutiques. Truly enjoyed our stay.
