Many restaurants nearby, hotel is on a very busy street, very convenient, going around easily. Staff is very helpful. The parking lot behind the building is a bit tricky to find at first. It has a drinking water supply and microwave in the lobby for guests to use. Great experience, highly recommended.

Very easy check in process and the room was the perfect size. The location was great. It was in the middle of all of the major restaurants, and just a few minutes away from Old Quebec. Would stay here again.

Check in is at 4pm, we arrived at 4 only to be told that room would be ready by 4:15. Returned and had to sit in the lobby until we were allowed in to our room. Not what you want after a long day of travelling. Great location but room needs updating.

The hotel was in a great location for restaurants and attractions The hotel wasn’t very clean. The bed wasn’t comfortable and comforter was dirty. I don’t think that the floors were washed. Hall ways weren’t vacuumed or cleaned. Cleanliness was very bad. Yikes

Great location for accessing nearby restaurants and walking into Old Town. Very close to Abraham park. The room was a great size for all our luggage and very clean. The door to the bathroom/toilet did not shut properly which was annoying. The sink was in the main room which was fine but there wasn't any rail or hook to hang towels for drying hands / faces which was also annoying. The conditioner dispenser in the bathroom was basically empty when we arrived, I wiuld expect the level of this to be checked and topped up for new guests, so this was annoying. There was no way to know there was not enough until you're in the shower and not really able to go to reception.
