Great service from staff, beautiful location, amazing rooms.

Cleanest room I've had. Friendly staff. Amazing food and drinks. The tub was a bonus and the view was incredible

The views from the hotel are spectacular! Two things for consideration -music is not necessary in the dining room. It would be nice to be offered a complimentary bowl of chips or nots with a cocktail.

Our stay was excellent. Too bad inly one night

The hotel property is beautiful and offers incredible views, but privacy on the balcony is lacking. The slatted dividers leave you sitting just a few feet from neighboring guests, and the upper balconies look directly down onto yours. We also experienced an unexplained odor in our room and the hallway during our stay. To be fair, this was the only room available when we booked, and it was one of their lower-tier suites - so this layout might not be reflective of their higher-end accommodations. It’s a gorgeous property overall, but our specific room type fell short of expectations.

Thought there was a pool, cause of a photo on Expedia.... been shut down over 10 years. It's all about the view!

I visited this place twice within three months. My first stay was excellent—everything was well organized and comfortable. On my second visit, I brought guests with me, and unfortunately, the experience was very different. Despite informing them in advance and calling to confirm that one room would be for three people, the room we were given was not properly prepared and turned out to be the smallest available. It felt especially frustrating since the booking details had been clearly communicated. In the morning, when I called about breakfast, we were told we could not be accommodated because we had not booked early enough. However, after I went to reception to raise the issue, they acknowledged it was a mistake and that we should not have been turned away. Overall, the situation created unnecessary stress and put me in an awkward position in front of my guests. While I truly liked this place based on my first visit, this experience has made me hesitant to bring guests again.

Nice place

Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir été surclassé en villa Aquila, le penthouse sur le toit. Nous avions jamais eu un logement comme celui là: c’était très grand, les deux terrasses avec vue sur le lac(sic), baignoire de chambre, tout très bien entretenu. De plus le petit déjeuner était délicieux et d’excellente qualité. Bref un séjour parfait.

We could not access the television. We do not have apps or wifi for this. We were disappointed on the size of bed. It should be a king size bed for a resort of this standard.

The resort surrounding is amazing and peaceful. It is truly a relaxing stay for the family.
