温德姆大瀑布景酒店

雖然購買的是高價的觀瀑套房，但是只能看到局部的瀑布，而且美國那方向完全看不到，有點失望！

The parking lot is a fiasco, someone in an SUV wearing a white shirt got verbally angry with us for trying to drive forward. The hotel staff stepped in, but what a weird start. Hotel elevators are very slow as it’s busy. Hotel property is very clean.

We were notified 3 days before our trip that our hotel had been changed to the Embassy suites.

It’s pretty good experience

Upon arrival we were told that the hotel had taken in all the ppl from the wildfires and that we had been re-located to the Embassy Suites across the St. When we got to the Embassy Suites they informed me that my balance for the stay was $827 for 2 nights when it was supposed to be $431. I was like, um pardon? The front desk clerk said that their incidentals coverage was $200/per night. WHAT???!!! I told him well in that case we will be relocating to a different hotel. He ended up getting his Supervisor to allow us to pay it on my debit card, which in turn took away an additional $400 away from our trip to Niagara. We were given nothing complementary for the inconvenience and were made to wait to check out so they could do a room check before giving me my $400 back. All ridiculous and unnecessary from start to finish. Very disorganized.

I ended up being transferred to the embassy due to the Wyndham being utilized for the relief efforts of the wildfire, I would have check in on my birthday and no staff noticed that it was my birthday even though my passport was given multiple times at the check-in . It would have been nice if staff would have been more observant

Beautiful view of the falls from my room. The room was very nice. I didn’t appreciate having to park off property and pay huge parking fees daily.

I liked the falls view from my unit, that sits on the 15th floor of that hotel. I also was happy for the train ride that took me to and from the falls all because of my disability. As for my room , myself and family enjoyed the clendiness and comfort. I made my teas 🍵 that i was presented with in my room. We wish we could've stayed longer. Lol ! We also enjoyed the fire works. I miss that! However, thank you for accommodating us. BLESSINGS

Great view of the falls!

The front desk made mistakes in the check in about my reservations and the credit card billing, we had to wait a lot for the arrangement, but there were still mistakes in the billing for the check out. Breakfast simple nothing great.

Nice room. No issues.

We didn’t actually stay at the Wyndham , they moved us to the Embassy. We are travelling with another couple and had asked to be close. We were on the 41st floor and then the 18th. Took on average 20 min to travel one way on the elevator. It was slow to get to the top and many floors to stop. This hotel is crowded and your herded like animals. Not enough room for people to sit and have breakfast. Breakfast is only 630-930 and they told us they put through over 3000 people every morning. It’s not long enough. Lines are crowded. We booked the Wyndham specifically for its location and amenities and to us the Embassy was not an upgrade. They tried to sell us a nicer view room for $300 a night more.. ridiculous. I would have liked to have stayed at the Wyndham where I booked. Also I would expect that for the money there would have at least been complimentary water in the room. I would not recommend the Embassy to anyone. It’s over crowded. Staff is rude because it’s so busy, and it’s not worth the $$.

Poor buffet breakfast. Included in the price should not mean bad looking and tasting food. People moving other people ithings from tables to take their places and hotel stuff just watching and not doing anything about it.

The elevators take awhile. The pool is only 3 ft deep so it wasn't that fun for my kids, the hot tubs were nice and right by the pool, easy to watch the kids. The breakfast buffet was ok, all the hot food was just ok, not great. We got a city view room but ended up being on the end and having a view of the falls still ehich was nice.

We were assigned the Embassy Hotel due to relocating displaced wildfire residents. The Embassy Hotel was great except for a major inconvenience of having to wait for elevators during busy times. The elevators fill up quickly and will by-pass your floor--making you wait 15-20 minutes. I believe the hotel could possibly alleviate this terrible wait period if the five elevators were divided into serving half of the 24 floors they now stop at. If two elevators would service perhaps the floors of 19 to 30 and another two would service floors 31-42, the elevators would make half the stops and the elevators coming down from the upper floors would not be so fully packed that the lower floors can not be accommodated! The rooms were very clean, the staff was excellent, and the breakfast provided was very satisfying. We were there for a family reunion.--the Czechs and Americans. Overall, a wonderful stay! Thank You!

They bumped us to another hotel saying that there was a fire and somebody else took our room
