Fallsview not so good Except that everything is good

雖然購買的是高價的觀瀑套房，但是只能看到局部的瀑布，而且美國那方向完全看不到，有點失望！

Everyone at the hotel were pleasant and courteous. We were on the 5th floor, so not Fallsview. Stay on a higher floor to enjoy the view. Beautiful place to be.

The property is in a good quiet location near several restaurants. The room was basic and updated. The entire place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Off site parking was in an open lot across the street with a fee of $35 per night. The falls access was a short 5 min walk if you took the tram from the top of a bluff. Otherwise the walk was about 20 min. Ubers were affordable during the week to access the tourist area around the Skywheel. I would stay again as an adult trip, but with kids, I would look for a hotel that offered free breakfast.

Great view of the falls. Rooms are a bit dated, large room but very small bathroom. The AC was loud, but we appreciated the mini fridge and microwave.

It was a good experience. I would return for sure

Room was clean but there was no soap when I got to the room and the faucet for the bathroom sink wasn’t attached to the actual sink so it was wiggling whenever you try to use it.

It was a great one night stay. A little costly with the extra 11.5% tax on top of the 13% hst taxes but those are the taxes and not a reflection of the hotel or hotel quality

The room was very nice , big and clean. Beds were comfortable, thermostat and other amenities worked well. Nice pool and hot tub!! Self Parking across the street worked best for us!! Virw from room was good!! Fireworks!!🎆

Fallsview was not really fallsview. Parking very expensive $70.00

Staff was very kind
