Hotel excelente. Eles mandaram WhatsApp para ajudar na comunicação do transporte do aeroporto (que tem Wi-Fi gratuito) para o hotel. Deixaram-nos entrar mais cedo no check-in. Além disso, o hotel conta com restaurante e dá uma garrafa de água de cortesia que fica no quarto.

Staff were great and the hotel was very clean. What I didn’t like was lake of available snacks and drinks for purchase and that I had to make airport pickup reservations 48 hours in advance. Word of advise the printed receipt that is give upon entry to Chile by immigration and customs must be shown with the passport to be able to stay at this hotel. We had stayed on Easter island for some time and couldn’t find the receipt. Lucky for us my wife had hers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was immaculately clean and very well maintained. The staff were pleasant, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although we did not speak Spanish, communication was easy because several staff members spoke some English. A special thank you to Victor, who went above and beyond to assist us. He was always quick to resolve any issues and helped us find our way around the hotel and the area. The food was lovely, and all the facilities worked perfectly. We stayed during the winter, and the heating system worked very well, keeping us warm and comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was thoughtfully put together, making for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
