Courtyard by Marriott Santiago Airport

1. Para ser un hotel que se dice "de aeropuerto", me parece sorprendente que no haya room service 24 horas, o algún menú "básico" para la gente que llegamos en la noche. Me quedé sin cenar!!! 2. El chavo de la recepción muy serio, amable pero cortante. 3. El chófer de la transportación se enojó porque le dije que iba a tomar un vuelo internacional y no un nacional

Hotel nuevo e impecable. Buen desayuno

1. Transfer funciona ok, com hora marcada (de hora em hora); 2. café da manhã muito bom, mas é repetitivo (todos os dias, as mesma coisa - ficamos lá vários dias na viagem); 3. equipe muito atenciosa e se esforça para entender nossa lingua (portungues); 4. restaurante deixa a desejar: são poucas opções de pratos e, no unico dia que tentamos jantar lá, só tinham 3 opções de prato quentes, que não eram "agradáveis". E não há restaurantes na região

Ar condicionado não estava funcionando direito e vazando bastante agua para dentro do quarto, reclamei na recepção.

Não tomamos café no hotel.

Não tomamos café da manhã no hotel, porque nosso voo saia muito cedo. Jantamos no hotel, mas infelizmente as refeições pedidas não foram do agrado de todos. Veio refeição fria. Pedimos para esquentar e voltou fria. Pro hotel do nivel do Marriot não é para acontecer isso.

Had a very nice stay at Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good, the airport shuttle was convenient, and the location close to the airport made travel very easy. Overall, it was a smooth and relaxing stay, and we would happily recommend it.

Let me preface by saying that I had stayed at 3 different hotels in Chile before arriving into Courtyard. By far, the most complicated and shady placed I stayed in. Taxes: upon arrival I was charged taxes (again) even though I showed that in my receipt the taxes had already been paid off. Breakfast: they had posters all over the hotel showing that the breakfast time was between 6am - 10:30pm. I went to eat at 10:00am. At first, I was told breakfast time was over and I could order at an extra fee from their menu. when I inquired about they time advertised, they insisted that I was wrong. I had to pull out a picture of the posters, the Bonvoy the Expedia apps to show them that in all 3 of them they advertised the ending of breakfast at 10:30am. Only then they agreed to let me eat. Airport Shuttle: I requested the free shuttle service from and to the airport. Booking it a bit of a hustle. I had to call 3 times to the hotel because the number they had online did not work. The staff at the hotel cannot make a reservation for you either. Turns out the number was wrong. Once you have the right number, you only text them through WhatsApp. The drivers were great and on time. Super friendly. Following my last point, I went to the front desk to confirm my pick up time. Tell me why 4 staff members (front desk, cleaner, security guard, and other person) were all looking at my file and my personal info. Isn't that just the job of the front desk person?

Awful dinner. Undercooked rice, questionable lamb. "Caldillo de congrio" wasn't "caldillo" at all, it was a very bad imitation. Poor breakfast.

Fresh Breakfast Menu, Nice and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy. Walking distance to the Olympic Park.

Towels not in pristine condition, hotel conditions in average, should be better for a marriot
