The hotel is lovely inside and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The rooms are also beautiful, though they could use better lighting for the dark-wood decor. It is well-situated near the airport, and there is an hourly van shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Getting to the hotel from the airport via the shuttle requires some advance planning. The hotel requires 48-hour advance notice by written communication for an airport shuttle pickup. We took an Uber, which was about $10-12.

This was a great hotel, super easy for the airport, especially with the shuttle bus (I should know, I used it 3 times!!) Hotel was smart and clean. Room was large, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast and dinners were delicious, one morning the breakfast was a little under prepped, but this may have been as I was earlier than the pack.
The shining star of this hotel, however, are the staff. They are absolutely amazing. I was unfortunate enough to have lost my passport just before I arrived at the hotel. The reception staff could not have been more helpful or kind. They went above and beyond, using their personal mobiles to help me contact various people, and speaking on my behalf, as my Spanish is limited. I only wish I'd actually noted down their names, as I'd love to name them individually.
Please be aware, if you lose your passport and apply for a new one, it is quicker and easier to collect in person from the British Embassy, as couriered documents are not necessarily issue from the country in which you are in - mine was coming from Mexico and would have taken 3 days to arrive!

A great hotel, very clean, very handy for the airport, especially with the airport shuttle (I should know, I unfortunately used it 3 times!).
The reception staff were absolutely amazing. I was unfortunate enough to have lost my passport in Santiago just before I arrived. They could not have been more helpful, or caring. They helped me make phone calls (using their own mobile phones), spoke to people on my behalf as my Spanish was quite limited, and helped me find some other services in the area. If I hadn't had to use my savings to fund my extended stay and other bits, I would have given them the biggest tip! (I'm sorry I never took note of their names to be able to give them a shout-out!
The bar staff are brilliant and make the most delicious cocktails. The food available is delicious and you can tell.iys all freshly prepared. Sometimes the breakfast is a little under lacking, but that may have been because I had to get up early and they'd not put everything out.
Unfortunately I was unable to use the pool, other than just to dip my feet, but it's a great outside area with chairs and beds.
The room was clean and comfortable, although the air con can be a bit tricky if you don't read the manual properly!
If I ever return, I would definitely have no qualms about using the hotel.

The room is big and very clean. Staff is very friendly and it's a great airport hotel if you have to spend the night while waiting for your flight or cruise.
The restaurant is open until 10.30 pm and serves delicious food and the process of Check-in is seamless.
The hotel also offers complimentary transfers to/from the airport.

Booking was for 501 usd but I was charged 591. I told the reception the bill is incorrect. They apologized and said it’s been fixed. And they never fixed it or replied to me when I inquired again after leaving.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was very enjoyable. It was convenient that the hotel allowed us to store our bags while we explored the city. However, our room was not serviced during our two-day stay. My main complaint is that the beers and water were not cold — even at the bar — and the fridge did not keep drinks cold. I asked the bar for ice and an ice bucket but was told none was available. When I contacted the front desk, it took an hour for them to bring anything. Disappointing during hot Santiago summer day.

Before picking up our bags, we stopped at the restaurant for a quick bite, but the menu was very limited (only pizza and burgers) because they were preparing for the New Year’s Eve celebration. My main complaint is that the beers and water were not cold — even in the bar — and the fridge did not keep drinks cold. That was disappointing during Santiago’s summer season.

Não cheguei a tomar café da manhã mas o restaurante tem um cardápio muito fraco, e o que experimentei não gostei.
O quarto é muito bom, limpo, não gostei da máquina do ar condicionado ficar dentro do quarto( muito barulhenta).

They allowed us to store our baggage after checkout so we could explore the city, and then get a shuttle ride to the airport. Very nice staff.

El desayuno muy bueno. Muy atentos a brindarnos un desayuno expréss teniendo en cuenta nuestra salida a la madrugada. Habitación cómoda. Se hospedaron mis hijas con su mamá. Regresariamos nuevamente sin dudas.

La camera risulta rumorosa dall’interno (climatizzazione e frigo) e dall’esterno da dove proviene un rumore di motori pronunciato tutta la notte. La tv aveva un solo canale (non cambiava seppur il telecomando funzionasse); tenda rotta e un mini campioncino di bagnoschiuma per due persone. Servizio navetta disastroso: all’andata per 4 minuti ci hanno scritto via whatsapp dicendo che non ci eravamo presentati (eravamo in fila alla migrazione) al ritorno navetta attesa un’ora e mezza a notte fonda. Non proprio un hotel adatto ad un pernottamento tra due voli.
