If you want a decent place to sleep, not too far from the Muñoz Plaza and main attractions so you can go on excursions during the day without breaking your budget, this place is good enough. The housekeeper lady is very nice and let us in our room early and took care of our breakfast, including packing a sack lunch for you to pick up in the morning if you tell them you’re on an early excursion. The common complaint from everyone is this small building doesn’t have good insulation and you can hear all the footsteps and shower water running. Thankfully, everyone settled down early. A bonus is the hotel restaurant to its left opens very early and closes late and serves the best king crab pasta, and hake fish for reasonable price. The first night I didn’t know how to turn down the heater because it’s really old and you have to use the knob on the heater grill, but at least I was able to leave the bathroom window partially open so we can breathe. I suggested to the front desk that they should instruct newcomers how to adjust the temperature of the room. One of the towels is not completely white clean maybe pay more attention to the towels. The beds are very basic, but we knock ourselves out with sleep medication so we didn’t have any complaints. The bathroom is small but clean so overall it’s a nice stay with free hot water and coffee all day and pretty decent fruit supply and basic breakfast of eggs, ham cheese, fruits, etc.. I support them.

Staff was so incredibly kind, went out of their way to make us a bagged breakfast the one day we were leaving very early. Definitely recommend!

Comfortable stay with breakfast included. Walking distance from the bus station and main square. We were able to check in early and they provided a bagged breakfast when we left for the penguin tour before breakfast started. It could use a paint refresh.

Excellent! We're super happy and the location is fantastic!

We stayed in the standard triple room with kitchen (room 6). The property is centrally located and also very convenient for the Bus Sur bus terminal. Our room on the first floor was light, spacious and quiet. The host was friendly and welcoming and as our room was ready when we arrived, we were able to check in 3 hours ahead of the usual check in time for which we were very grateful. As we were leaving early morning on both days we were provided with a very good “breakfast to go bag” in lieu of taking breakfast at the property which we greatly appreciated. Our only issue was with our room -the kitchen in particular and in some respects the bathroom were very “tired” and in urgent need of a refresh / refurbishment - dirty and heavily scuffed doors, rusting radiator etc see photos. The bedroom was fine and appeared to have been more recently painted. In spite of these shortcomings we enjoyed our stay.

Court passage mais très agréable. La chambre était confortable, douche chaude, personnel très sympathique et aidant. On m’a préparé une lunch box car je partais toute la journée et ils ont aussi gardé mon sac en sécurité jusqu’à 22:30. Ma chambre était dans une extrémité de l’auberge et le wifi arrêtait de fonctionner souvent.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The place is in a great location to walk to many things. The breakfast was good and if you need to leave early they'll make a brown bag breakfast which was good as well!

Le personnel était très gentil. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans leur cour. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et l’hôtel nous a même préparé le petit déjeuner à emporter lorsque nous étions en excursion tôt le matin. La chambre était propre et confortable

The staff were super attentive & helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely recommend. Only 5 minutes walk from Bus Sur terminal so convenient for that too.

Rooms were clean. Beds were sufficient. Parking was available but it was shared with owner/staff in single lane parking. However, they were quite accommodating and let us keep our vehicle parked there past our check out time. Building is quite old and the shower didn’t work well (wasn’t draining properly so I had to rush my shower). Everything was nearby such as restaurants and shops. We did the solo expedition boat tour and that was only a 15min walk away.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Hostal Ventisqueros. Room was spaciuos, clean and warm with a comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful and friendly, for our day trip to Las Torres del Paine, they provided to us two lunch boxes to go. Highly recommended!
