Adoramos o hotel! Na chegada ganhamos a chave do quarto e também a chave da frente do hotel. Assim podemos entrar e sair a hora que precisássemos. Café da manhã muito bom, e sempre com hora mais ou menos marcada! Quarto muito confortável.

Local agradável, limpo, muito bem organizado com equipe atenciosa. O dono José está sempre presente ajudando no que precisar e dando dicas do local. Quarto confortável com boa tv e vários canais apor satélite. Muito próximo da estação rodoviária para quem vai a Puerto Natales e fácil acesso ao centro de Punta Arenas.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Privater Parkplatz verfügbar, aber man kann auch an der Straße kostenlos und sicher parken. Lunchpakete wurden uns gestellt, da wir zur Frühstückszeit (erst ab 8h) schon unterwegs waren. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast starts at 8am and we had to leave earlier on both days of our stay. They prepared us breakfast bags. The bed was comfortable. The floor felt a bit dirty. The room was very quiet, overlooking the interior courtyard.

We really enjoyed staying at this hostel. The host was welcoming and accommodating. The hostel was clean and ready when we arrived. Restaurants were within walking distance. Our room was quiet and dark for a good night's rest. I like that each room has their own bathroom. Breakfast had great variety and was ready on time. I would highly recommend this hostel and would stay here again when in the area.

O quarto estava muito limpo, tudo novo e o cafe da manha também estava muito bom! O unico ponto negativo talvez seja o barulho, por ser um casarão de madeira, entra muito ruido do corredor e para quem tem sono leve deve ser bem complicado.

Excelente atendimento, localização e quarto bem espaçoso para 3 pessoas, com cozinha integrada. Tínhamos um passeio muito cedo e a equipe do hotel deixou kits de lanche prontos para levarmos. Muita gentileza dos funcionários e especialmente do José. Uma única recomendação é colocar cortinas com black out já que o sol se põe muito tarde no verão.

While the hostal was accommodating and clean, the walls are paper thin, there is no insulation between the floors so every footstep, every roll of the luggage is heard with amazing clarity. Oh, and our room was located directly on the street, so added noise bonus. Fine if you don't plan on sleeping.

The hostel is basic and the breakfast excellent. Would have liked a comfortable space to hang out outside the room. Our room only had a skylight window, which could be opened for fresh air. The hostel uses heavily scented cleaning products, which might be a problem for those who are sensitive to smells. Be aware that the desk is not staffed after 10pm. our keys didn’t seem to work in the front door, so that could be an issue if you want a later night on the town.
